The location of this hotel is perfect, with a beautiful view of the vegetation and rice fields. The service is very good, and Hang (if I'm not mistaken) was wonderful at the reception.

Unfortunately, I have a few design issues:
I stayed in the dormitory. It's located right above the restaurant, so it's very noisy from 7:00 a.m. until around 11:00 p.m. The bathroom sinks overlook the terrace, so any guest who looks up can see us brushing our teeth. Not to mention that the guest toilets are the same as the dormitory's, with a shower right next to it. Although I'm a simple person, I found it a bit annoying.
Finally, there was noisy construction going on, which further spoiled the atmosphere. So it's an ideal place as a hiking starting point, but not for enjoying a peaceful atmosphere, because it's not peaceful!

We stayed a week in this hotel and stayed in the dormitory. At first we were alone but from the 3rd day other travelers arrived and the nights were absolutely quiet. Excellent value for money

Writing my first ever Tripadvisor review because I thought the 2 reviews before mine were rather unbalanced. This is an eco lodge in an area relatively new to tourism. Rooms are in little wooden huts with a terrace and were of a similar standard to 3 star lodges we’ve stayed in elsewhere in the world. You’re in the country so there will be noise from the wildlife - mostly insects and frogs outside our room. Everything was clean - very humid so towels inevitably a little limp. Access is down a scruffy and slightly muddy track but not a problem - we wheeled our cases down it in the dark when we arrived without difficulty (although we should have waited - the staff came rushing out to say they’d have taken them from the road to our room). Breakfast was a similar standard to everywhere else we stayed in Vietnam - there was an egg station and plenty of fruit. Evening meals were pleasant and plentiful and they managed to cope with two of us not eating meat. We were glad we can’t to peaceful Pu Luong!

Poco più che capanne sulle risaie, sporchissime e scarsamente illuminate. Infissi fatiscenti che consentono l’ingresso indisturbato di insetti e topi. Colazione inadeguata. Se piove si resta impantanati nel fango. Cantiere edile aperto con lavori in corso direttamente sugli accessi a quelle che difiniscono camere per gli ospiti

La camera, con biancheria da letto e asciugamani sporchi, erano infestate da insetti e abbiamo dovuto condividerla con un volatile. Le stanze, per niente confortevoli,sarebbe meglio definirle capanne. Nella serratura della porta del bagno c'era un chiodo arrugginito che sporgeva. Il resort è immerso nel fango e per raggiungere la nostra stanza dovevamo passare attraverso un cantiere edile aperto, scavalcando cavi elettrici e schivando le palate di cemento degli operai che continuavano a lavorare. Soprattutto la colazione è assolutamente inadeguata al gusto occidentale. Il personale è poco disponibile.

Abbiamo chiesto a loro i transfer da Ninh Binh e verso Hanoi, entrambi ben organizzati. Hotel immerso nella vegetazione, dalle meravigliose vetrate della nostra camera 302 una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne e le risaie che valgono il viaggio. La camera è ampia, pulita, letti con materassi molto comodi e zanzariere. Bagno accessoriato e phon, presenti anche bollitore e splendido dehor esterno dove rilassarsi. Poche zanzare nonostante il caldo e la pioggia. Nostro figlio ha adorato la piscina. Accoglienza da parte di tutto lo staff straordinaria, Linh parla un ottimo inglese, disponibilità di ombrelli e possibilità di usare le docce prima di ripartire. Cucina ottima, colazione a buffet con poca varietà. Ringraziamo ancora la guida Tung, persona molto gentile e disponibile che ci ha accompagnato alla cascata, a visitare il villaggio Thai e sulla bamboo boat. Vi consiglio di raggiungere a piedi le risaie sotto l’albergo (tenendo sempre la sx in discesa), il paesaggio che scoprirete sarà un ricordo indimenticabile. Tappa imperdibile! Grazie per tutto

fue un descubrimiento sensacional. las habitaciones son una maravilla. son pequeños bungalows todos vidriados, con balcón con vistas a las terrazas de arroz, sumamente recomendable en una excursión poco promocionada y que es imperdible si es que visitas el norte de Vietnam
