Hotel acolhedor e simpático. Excelente localização. Ficamos no quarto 002. Quarto com boas dimensões e camas confortáveis. TV pequena e não permite que a pessoa na cama extra consiga ver a mesma. Sem sockets USB. Boa WiFi. Wc com banheira e duche separados, mas com pouca luminosidade. No primeiro dia a água demorou bastante a aquecer e a temperatura da água do banho nunca foi mt elevada. A piscina do spa ao vivo é maior que aparenta nas fotos. Água quente. Sauna, jacuzzi. Novamente o ambiente é algo escuro. Staff simpático e bom pequeno almoço

Ótima localização. Quarto mais que aceitável porém casa de banho ligeiramente antiquada. Contudo, atenção pois de modo a frequentar a piscina interior e o spa é necessário reservar antecipadamente e só é permitido reservar 1 hora com o custo de 7,50€ por pessoa.

Not as good as before since it is Eurostars
Missing the free bottle of water on the desk. Breakfast less ealthy and more industrial since it is an Eurostars Hôtel.

Sem ar condicionado. No air conditioning.
Passamos duas noites em um quarto em que o ar condicionado só fazia ventilação sem esfriar. Tinha mofo no teto na entrada do quarto. O ‘técnico ‘ nos disse que era assim mesmo e que estava funcionando sim (???) Como na terceira a noite o cheiro de mofo estava insuportável decidiram nos dar um quarto decente e com ar funcionando plenamente. Só não fomos embora na primeira noite porque já estava pago. É de uma falta de bom senso primeiro subestimar a inteligência do hospede e depois achar que um pedido de desculpas e um doce de brinde vai substituir duas noites mal dormidas. Lembrando que estávamos no verão de 36°C.
