Spa Hotels in Azurara

Santana Hotel & Spa is in reality a trap for the guest. Because of the lack of maintenance of the hotel AN IRON BAR FELL INTO MY FACE AND HURTED ME. I asked for the reeibursement of one night and Santana hotel offered instead a discount for the eventuality of me comming back. I do not live in Portugal and would not return to the hotel exactly due to the events and the hotel's refusal to recover its lack of care and respect for the guest who suffered an accident on its premises thanks to the lack of maintenance through a refund of the night, which would be what any establishment that cares for its image, reputation and guests would do. Also, during the heat wave that was taking over Portugal, THERE WAS NO AIR CONDITINING ON MY ROOM and I lost my night and my day of work. The hotel refused to reimburse my night.

A friendly and welcome service. The hotel is very well structured, with a very clear information. We have nothing to point out, everything was perfect. Only access to the garage was in works, which made it slightly difficult to enter the car.
