Short break getaway!
Great location, Lovely room comfortable bed had a great night sleep . , I fully enjoyed the health spa. Swim sauna and steam room. Check out the Santana restaurant
Buffet lunch all home made food , delicious !
Overall it was a lovely stay, a peaceful retreat just what I needed from the hustle and bustle ( Lobdon ) from the city life .

The experience, quite good. They should improve the breakfasts, they are very poor. I've been in previous years, and it was something else.
The prices did change, but not the quantity and quality.
The wall in the room is very dirty. I wanted a coat of paint. Little maintenance

Hotel with a good location, a beautiful view of the river, super attentive and friendly staff.

Un hôtel à éviter ! Nous nous sommes fait cambrioler la chambre en pleine journée, aucune sécurité dans l’hôtel.. Une direction qui ne répond pas aux sollicitations et ne voulant faire aucun geste commercial pour le désagrément, sans compter le matériel volé dans notre chambre. Ce jour là il y a eu environ 10 chambres de cambriolées mais aucune compassion du personnel qui n’a même pas été correcte avec nous. En plus l’état de vétusté de l’hôtel est loin de mériter 4 étoiles !

A fuir, j’ai été volé dans ma chambre pour plus de 3000€ de matériel (iPad / appareil photo…). Une dizaine de chambre a été cambriolée mais l’hôtel décline toute responsabilité alors que les cambrioleurs sont passés par la réception pour venir et repartir avec environ 8 sac à dos sans que personne ne leur demande quelque chose. Les fenêtres des l’hôtel ne ferment pas où sont très faciles à casser. Aucun geste de l’hôtel en dédommagements, des managers très désagréables et à la limite de la correction.

Alles war eine Katastrophe. 4 Sterne Hotel,2 Sterne müssen weg.Sehr veraltet.Es ist ein Schimmelhütte. In Zimmer schmutzige Wände,Schimmel,dreckige Balkon,dreckige Teppiche,Kühlschrank konnte man nichtmal zumachen.Sehr war viel Eis in Kühlschrank.Es stinkte in Zimmer. Überall Flecken auf Vorhänge Frühstück war ein extrem.Wir sind in Saal gekommen.Bei Eingang niemand.Alle Tische dreckig,alles leer bei Frühstück buffet.Kein Personal. Der Pool und die Garderobe bei Pool voll mit Schimmel. Bei Pool ist kaputte Holzboden,sehr gefährlich,überall ist ein Stück Holz ab,Fitnessabteilung voll staubig und viele Spinnen.Draussen der Parkplatz auch überall fliegen Plastiktüten und Papiere,Abfall usw. Diese Hotel muss schließen.Es ist in sehr schlimme Zustand. Wir kommen nie mehr.
