Hotel con un gran servicio , el personal de recepción súper atento en todo momento , las habitaciones muy limpias y con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable, íbamos con un bebé y nos pusieron una habitación espaciosa cosa que se agradece. El desayuno con gran variedad de cosas y personal muy amable, lo que más nos gustó fue desayunar con las vistas que tienen en su restaurante. Sin duda si volvemos a Guadalajara volveremos a este hotel

Excelente, a repetir sin duda alguna. Fuimos en un viaje familiar por primera vez y quedamos encantados con la atención del personal, la limpieza de las habitaciones e instalaciones en general y la calidad de los desayunos. El hotel tambien dispone de un parking con acceso directo en ascensor.

Del hotel no puedo de ir nada por qué la cadena AC son buenos, el problema es el director que lleva el hotel de Guadalajara. Es una persona incompetente, sin escrúpulos e informal y aclaró que no soy la única que pone reseñas respecto a director, así es que si piensan reservar en el hotel llevar cuidado que os quedan mal y con decir eso es lo que hay así arregla las cosas

Se trata de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Pero no responde a lo esperable de esta categoría, básicamente por la actitud de sus empleados. El desayuno: los fines de semana no cuenten con huevos (salvo huevos duros o tortilla de patata). Explicación la cocina está cerrada (ya que es fin de semana). El domingo el desayuno acaba a las 11.00: normal. Lo anormal, es que a esa hora sino se alarga aparte de recoger la mesa y apagar las luces empiecen a barrer debajo de tus pies. Todo con una actitud desafiante. En fin cariño y atención al cliente para que lo recomiende sobre todo los fines de semana
