I had such a wonderful experience with the front desk staff at this hotel. Each individual I interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. No matter what I needed, they were attentive and eager to help, which made my stay so much easier and more enjoyable. What stood out most to me was the peaceful and positive atmosphere they create from the very first moment you walk in. Every single person at the front desk goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable, valued, and cared for. Their professionalism paired with genuine warmth makes a huge difference. It’s rare to come across a team where every member is consistently amazing, but this front desk staff truly sets the standard. I’m so grateful for their hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not only comfort, but also a genuinely peaceful and welcoming environment.

Mr. Javier behind the front desk deserves an Oscar, Emmy, Tony, AND a Golden Globe Award for his customer service and hospitality skills. A true gentleman. I have had many rough days during my stay, and Javier always took the time to talk, and politely ask me to give him time to handle a guest when they came up for assistance, and then always came back to me. You can tell he cares. Mr. Javier does not get five stars. He gets five hundred. Give this man a raise!!!!!

Lisa was the best. She really went above and beyond to assist me. The rooms were great and comfortable. She made sure all questions were answered. I had issues with Priceline and reservations and Lisa was so kind to walk me through steps so that I can save my reservation.
