Konumu itibari ile merkeze yürüme mesafesinde. Kendine ait otoparkı var. Yüksek sezonda gelenler için bu önemli bir detay. Biz sezon dışında gitmemize rağmen İşletme sahibi ve çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Kahvaltısı da ***et başarılı. Tek handikap banyo/lavabonun çok küçük olması (buna yapılabilecek bir şey yok) ve elden geçmesi gereken kısımları olmasıydı. Dış etkenlerden kaynaklı zaman zaman oluşabilen koku sorununa (biz yaşamadık) bir çözüm üretmişler fakat bu çözümleri ses açısından sorun yaratabiliyor. Sesin kesilmesini talep ettiğimizde de otel çalışanları yardımcı olmuştu. Tavsiye edilir.

8 numaralı deniz manzaralı ve gündoğumu manzaralı odasında konakladık. Çok rahat ve çok keyifliydi. Pınar Hanım’a ilgilerinden dolayı çok teşekür ederiz . Be belirtmeliyimki kahvaltıları çok lezzetliydi.özellikle ballı sarma börekleri çok güzeldi.

Huzurlu konaklama
Sezon dışında ziyaret ettik ve cok memnun kaldik. Giris katta bir odada kalmamiza rağmen gürültü sorunu yaşamadık. Temiz huzurlu bir isletme. Cundadaki diger tas konak pansiyonlardan farkli olarak genis bir bahcesi bulunuyor.

Es un lugar que transmite paz, como toda la isla de Cunda (por lo menos en invierno, cuando la visite). Todo es bonito y Los
espacios comunes son un placer. El desayuno es abundante, variado y delicioso. Las habitaciones no son muy amplias, pero son limpias y muy agradables. El personal es muy amable y atento. Sin duda, volvería.

Wir würden herzlich willkommen geheißen und der Check-In war problemlos. Der Hafen mit den vielen Restaurants und kleinen Geschäften ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten gemütlich erreichbar. Wir hatten jeden Tag ein großartiges, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück und konnten sogar nachbestellen. Beide Zimmer waren liebevoll eingerichtet, die Matratzen neuwertig gut. Ayvalik ist mit Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Temperatur im Februar ca. 20 Grad, T-Shirt Wetter. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft.

Bir sonraki ziyaretimde başka yer aramam !
Güleryüzlü çalışanlar, hoş sohbet yetkililer bizi çok mutlu etti. Özenle tasarlanmış bahçe ve odalar, tertemiz yatak çarşaf vardı. Kahvaltıdaki ürünler ve sunum ayrıca 5 yıldızı hak ediyor. Lokasyon çok iyi yürüyerek 2 dakikada merkeze ulaşmak mümkün. Otelin hemen karşısında çok büyük bir otopark var. Otele araçla giriş çıkış yapmak çok kolay.
