I stay with my family under this hotel with my prior experience with Fab hotel chain. But apart from internal room ambience there is nothing great about this hotel. Here is details explanation - 1. Under my package booking, I was suppose to have early check-in. But hotel denied that one and say lots of thing about my service provider that he is made multiple false commitment to you. 2. One thing to note is, there used to provide only 1 parada/poha + 1 cup of tea as a complementary break fast in the morning. I strongly feel that is any hotel is having such a strict menu for break then it should be promptly written on hotel description as well so that client can take informed decision about their booking. Some time, these kind of complementary breakfast will leave you hungry as well. 3. I also faced a classical problem about my stay which I never faced in last 10-15 year with any hotel. I book my room for 2 adult + 1 child under complementary breakfast option. But in the morning, hotel staff told that child will not get breakfast as this type of booking has only 2 adult complementary breakfast. But with the intervention, of my service provider this issue got resolved. All in all, there is nothing great, about this hotel. You will face lots of mosquito and also mosquito repellent were not in working condition. Location wise, it is around 2 km away from saryu ghat and ram mandir which is making a bit convenient to visit. Also there are few restaurant near by. This hotel is far away from railway station and making long run to reach to this hotel.
