Unacceptable conditions – we had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night. Did not look like the photos. We were looking forward to our stay in Ayia Napa, but our experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing and frankly shocking. Upon arrival, we were met by an unprofessional and unhelpful receptionist who ignored our questions and didn’t understand when we said we wanted to check out. He acted like nothing was wrong and offered no assistance. The room itself was in terrible condition. The towels were dirty, and it was obvious that the bed linen hadn’t been changed – it had simply been turned over after the previous guests. The mattress was so hard we could feel the springs. The air conditioning didn’t work and blew only hot air. On top of that, we found ants and a large insect or cockroach crawling on the floor. The door lock was broken and didn’t close securely, which made us feel unsafe. As if that wasn’t enough, there was extremely loud music and noise from outside all night – even at 4:30 in the morning. Sleeping was impossible. After a long day of travel, this was the last straw. We felt forced to leave the hotel at 5:00 AM and booked another hotel on our own, which cost us 21,000 NOK (around €1,800). We are now left with a significant financial loss. We have documented everything with photos and have filed complaints with the hotel and our travel provider. This hotel did not meet even the most basic standards of hygiene, safety, or service. I strongly advise others to stay away.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The photos are nothing like what you get!! The places absolutely STINKS, the smell is horrendous! The rooms are full of bed bugs and the beds are practically laying on the floor! The bedding and towels are stained and the room was already filled with bottle lids when we arrived! The toilet looks like it’s never been cleaned and there is b any running hot water and the shower screen is so small that when you do shower the whole room gets wet! The mirror is about a meter up the wall so you can’t even sit to get ready! The walls are all marked and the whole place is just vile!!! The pool is absolutely stinking! The place literally looks abandoned and run down! It’s so over priced and we met loads of people who paid the same price for a STUNNING 5*!!!! Honestly please do not waste your money!! I can not express any more BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Checked out within 30 mins upon arrival. While checking in the reception, Tiyana was very helpful and also helping assist others with towels and fresh bed sheets ( Had to be asked for) and she was also very helpful while i was checking out even though she was supposed to be finished an hour earlier , greatly appreciated. The pictures that are advertised are nothing alike the conditions that the place is now in.3 mattresses basically throwing on the ground, Dirt on curtains was layered on. rust all over light fittings , holes in wall and broken shelfs. Extra charge for a/c , and didn't work in room. Would absolutely not recommend for anybody , age/location etc.

The single most worst experience I’ve encountered at a hotel. The advertisement is an intentional scam to get you to the book the hotel . The photos are nothing like reality. The place looks like an abandon building everything destroyed and rubbish everywhere. The description for the room and the inclusions are deliberately misleading you. I paid for a double bed with a balcony with aircon. I got mattresses on the floor , no aircon , they charge you daily if you want to use it , the bathroom is in a disgusting state all the door handles are smashed off, the toilet non stop runs and the shower over flows. The cleaners come in fold your bed sheet and leave no new towels . The site says there is a gym which you have to pay for as well as the wifi. There are no pool hours most do the time you have to pay to use them. When you do use the pool the staff scream at you with profanity to get out of the pool. You can not talk to any managers to issue a complaint. You can not get any sleep until 5 am everyday when the music stops. This experience has turned me off from ever coming back to Cyprus.

1. Cleanliness: The hotel is very dirty, especially the bed. The bedding was unclean, the furniture was covered in dust, and the entire area of the hotel was extremely dirty. 2. Safety Concerns: The surrounding area is inhabited by people who seem unstable. All night long, there was noise and shouting—it seemed like some people were under the influence of *****. It felt very unsafe. 3. Internet and Air Conditioner: Both the internet and the air conditioner are charged separately and are very expensive. I have never seen such a thing in other hotels. 4. Hot Water: There were issues with hot water availability. 5. Location: The hotel is near clubs, and the music and noise continue all night long. There is even a club inside the hotel. Additionally, the hotel is far from the beach. 6. Pool: The pool is not always open to hotel guests, and on party days, it is completely closed.

It was a very interesting stay and experience the hotel is lovely just was very loud at night time but receptionist tiyana treated us exceptionally well with respect since arrival always the one to call if we had any problems. Such an eye opener on how a receptionist should act . Tiyana made us feel comfortable definitely deserves a raise!!!!!

Would Not Recommend Stayed at Pambos Napa Rocks with a friend, and the experience was disappointing. There was a leak from the ceiling on our balcony, so we couldn’t sit outside. The fridge leaked water all over the floor, and we got a new one only after a few days. The electricity cut out multiple times, and we heard crackling from the fuse box. When I told reception, they made me feel stupid for being scared instead of taking it seriously. The reception is rarely staffed – we waited up to an hour just to get help. The air conditioning costs €10 per day, which felt unfair given the state of the room. The door lock was broken, and one night two guys walked into our room while we were sleeping, because the door couldn’t be properly locked. We also had dirty bed sheets upon arrival. Staff often looked annoyed when we reported problems, and we felt like a burden. The only exception was a kind and friendly girl named Tiyana – she made us feel welcome. We were also given a small gesture: a fruit platter, pool party entry, and a bottle of champagne, which we appreciated. The positives were Tiyana, the gesture, the pool, and the central location. But overall, we felt unsafe, uncomfortable, and unwelcome. Would not recommend.

schlechteste Poolparty ever, Poolwasser und Pool absolut dreckig und eckelhaft. Sitzplätze (stinkendes, dreckiges plastikpolster) absolut überteuert (€400) Die Mädls total eingeschnappt und hochnäsig. Ausserdem wurden ich und meine schwester nach dem WC von hinten angegriffen und verprügelt. Security sollte uns eigentlich helfen, er warf mich wie ein Sack Chips einfach hinter der Absperrung raus obwohl wir nichts getan haben!Die weiber waren unseren Spass neidig. Bitte meidet diesen ort
