DISASTER !!!!!
Get away ASAP!!!!
Coming with my boyfriend for a 3 night stay, we were served.
Cleanliness: berck berck berck !!!! Not cleaned, the cleaning ladies do not even pass you the broom and even the contchita….
- insulation to be reviewed, joint of the window overlooking the balcony to be completely redone. There is air passing through, it is a hole allowing air and noise to pass through.
- shower seal to close, also to be reviewed. The bathroom becomes a giant swimming pool in 10s. It would also be nice to review the sliding system of the shower doors, because it is impossible to close them.
- people who do not respect in the corridors, given the horrible insulation. You sleep with noise. The cleaning ladies who at 7 a.m. bang bars and who don't even respect people. It's hell to sleep!!!
- we arrive in a first "aparthotel" room which does not even have a kitchen, and a line hanging from the wall because the TV has disappeared!!!!
We get changed rooms, and there surprise in the kitchen we have: no hob (it's supposed to be equipped) or even dishes!!! They didn't want to give me dishes because there's covid, it was a lady who gave me some because she saw that the Mr didn't want.
- OMG receptionists, they are familiar with you, they understand your request, but we are lazy. When they see you coming, they lower their heads, or else they huff. I don't put just 1 Mr in it who knew how to listen and change us when necessary.
- the bedding: overall it's not okay, except that 1 of the cushions we had was stone!! No pillows or blanket available in the closet..
- the fridge, we hold 1 yogurt and boom more space..
- location: at the top of a bar .. I let you just imagine the noise given the isolation ... it's unbearable until 6am and the young people who come home from clubs stoned no thank you!
Anyway .. I do not recommend.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here from july 1 to july 12. on the day we arrived they gave us a room in the old build even though we specifically payed for the new build. our room had broken glass all of the floor, mouldy bath, fridge didn’t work and no plug sockets. there was smart whip cans left on the floor along with broken glass. i demanded a new room and they said there was nothing they could do until i refused to stay and asked for a number of a neighbour hotel. the new room was a lot better. the cleaners were rude and our room was cleaned a total of 4 times over our 12 night stay, and even though we asked them to clean it, we were just stared and ignored. the pool was not too bad, just did not want to have a 5 minute walk to go get some food. the food was vile, the chicken was pink, and any meat had clearly been there for far too long. there was no choice and food was never warm. the food constantly made us feel ill when we ate it and we spent half our money on food, even though that was the whole point of going all inclusive to not pay for food or drinks. all the staff were rude and wouldn’t even look up from their phones when acknowledged. if staying here, do not use the air conditioning whatsoever. we have been coughing non stop and have had trouble breathing sometimes. it is absolutely disgusting and wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Wish there was an option for 0 stars. DO NOT STAY HERE. you do not stay at the place shown on the images. they walk you 5 minutes down the road to a residential trap house. It seemed as though the place we were in was a genuine housing for refugees. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE AND SHOULD NOT BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. STAY AWAY PLEASE

Worst customer service ever. I booked a room for 2 nights in August 2024 and when I arrived at the check in, the receptionist told me that there was a plumbing issue and that I could cancel free of charge. 2 days later money was taken from my account for the reservation even though I cancelled. I contacted booking twice and they sent each time an email to the hotel to check for a refund, since they can't do anything else about it, called every day the hotel for 3 weeks asking for a refund, one of the receptionist would tell me that they are checking with their manager and the other ones ignores me and tells me he was not available when the issue happened instead of doing his work. It's been a month and a half and I still didn't receive my money back, and they answer didn't change at all.

I booked at The Flora Maria Hotel Ayia Napa in August 2024. However upon my booking I made an error of the date and wanted to reschedule. The lady I spoke to in charge was extremely rude to me, very unprofessional. She was not interested in helping me but most of all her manner was extremely rude as if I did something so bad. I would certainly not recommend anyone to stay at this. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE.

Χάλια και το προσωπικό και η καθαριότητα.Ενα από τα χειρότερα ξενοδοχείο στην Αγία Ναπα που εχω πάει.Η οροφη στο δωματιο είναι σπασμενη, η κουρτίνες ηταν πολυ λερωμενες και η τουαλέτα σε πολυ άσχημη κατάσταση.Το προσωπικό στο reception πολυ κακη συμπεριφορά και καθολου επαγγελματική.Χαλια εμπειρία.

отвратительный отель, он даже на три звёзды не тянет, приют для беженцев из ближнего востока. комнаты в оужасном состоянии, воняет , хоть и прибрано но чистоты не видно из за облезлых полов и стен. мебель также вся ушатанная, освещение и розетки в плачевном состоянии. сан узлы потресканные ванна разбита , кафель местами отсутствует. выехали из этого чудо отеля через пол часа. Отпуск испорчен.
