Tofinis Hotel

Our holiday was unforgettable, thanks to the amazing entertainment team at the hotel, especially Alona, Marta, and Ksenia, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. They kept everyone entertained with a range of activities, from kids club and pool games to evening mini discos and shows. My children loved every moment, especially the kids club, where Marta engaged them with crafts, games, and dancing. I felt at ease with their secure sign-in system. The hotel was spotless, the staff welcoming, and the shows were outstanding. We’ll definitely return and highly recommend it for a family-friendly vacation.

I would not recommend anyone to visit the hotel. The service is low and the staff is unprofessional. On the first day, we asked to clean the room again, as it was dirty next to the beds. There were footprints on one of the beds and it was wet. The same bed was changed 3 times. Towels and bed linen are changed every 3 days. The employees of the water park are disrespectful and show special mistreatment of tourists. And there is no question about the reception staff, they do not give a solution to any problem, moreover, they say that it is your fault if you do not like something. And everyone is already writing about the cards on the doors and everything else, the hotel wants to make money on everything. Administration staff is very rude and dont know the way how to speak with tourists. Wi-Fi is not available in the bar and by the pool.

Not such a luxury hotel as advertised. The beds are really hard and the springs put pressure on the back. The staff is not very friendly. The food is cold. The waiters watch by the table and take the plate in front of your nose so that you can barely eat. No basic skills of a waiter, take plates over another diner's plates. There should be peace of mind at the buffet as well. Animation guys and cleaners are nice. The water park does not have the necessary guards to be able to go down some of the slides.

Due to the fact that on the main vacation, which we had with other suspects, only the TUI travel agency was the most likely for us, we even preferred to pay extra for the last one, that everything would be at a higher level. At first glance, the hotel seems ok. For example, the offer includes the basic fact that the beach is located 200 m from the hotel, but they do not inform that this is the distance measured in the main line and the nearest beach to the public beach, which does not belong to the hotel. The entire Aqua Park is dirty. Starting with the sunbeds, which are moldy and dirty, through the garbage falling out of the bags at the entrance to the slides. Only as a result of the action is clean but in the season from the morning time, which requires hitting the sunbed. Eating food that came later, asking if we have already finished, to finish our plate. You can get out there, as if we had access to a socket and an exit. Alcohol and drinks in all inclusive are available in quality packages. You can't get rid of this from alcoholic beverages, only the taste of spirit and only sugar in soft drinks. You have to use water in the nearby market. The bar in the lobby, which served only paid drinks during the entire stay, was not open even once. If you ask for additional options, which will be free until 24, then for all alcoholic products or additionally soft additional fees. There are themed dinners every day, but the usual customs. Definitely a small selection. Once it happened to us that the wine from the tap during dinner was cloudy, milky and had an unpleasant Italian smell. We reported it to the manager, but we found that everything was ok. In our opinion, the wine was spoiled. Small rooms, which are connected to the switch in the house, when the child receives an extra bed. The hotel offers an animation offer for children and adults. With a stay of 11 days, the only thing that is a mini disco in the corner of the restaurants where there is little space and Aqua aerobics around 11 pm. 12:15 My only impression is that everything is done after checking to ensure that the minimum requirement from the offers is met. The TUI travel agency doesn't give a damn about its clients and is most likely to refer them to a report taken into account in the hotel itself, in order to achieve the effect. They don't give a damn about moldy sunbeds, mold in or an unpleasant smell from the air conditioning and the fact that the hotel has 4 stars in the offer but has 3 stars on Google. The only plus is for the ladies who clean the rooms and the Barman as a result of the action. In the hotel, all Polish tourists have rooms next to each other. You feel like you're at the Polish seaside in the summer, not like you're on vacation in another, warm country. It's a pity that the TUI travel agency doesn't go to such trouble to check the hotel taking into account additional fees

Our stay at Tofinis Hotel was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the friendly and attentive staff, as well as the overall cleanliness of the complex. The highlight of our holiday was undoubtedly the outstanding animation team, who ensured we had a memorable experience from start to finish. They were incredible with our two children, engaging them in a variety of activities such as water polo, water aerobics, kids’ clubs, and mini discos, ensuring every day was packed with fun. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire team for making our family holiday so special. We highly recommend Tofinis Hotel to anyone seeking a wonderful family getaway.

We stayed here for 5 nights, lovely hotel, massive thanks to the chefs. I have coeliac disease and require gluten free, the chefs came out every meal time to let me know what foods I could have. Lots of choices, best place I have stayed so far for catering for glutens free. Good for families, close to the beach. We will definitely be staying here again.
