The night we arrived the receptionist said there was nothing on there system for our booking but said we could stay in a room and we could talk with the manager the next day and next day we gave him our details and it got sorted and they gave us a extra lunch together with dinner, the staff were nice and helpful the pool was nice too breakfast was horrible and didn’t eat it

Such a nice place highly recommended with a nice service and brilliant stuff. They look after us and specially mentioned receptionist Sahak best receptionist that we have seen thank you so much Sahak to make our holidays nice and thank you for all the stuff will be back again

We recently stayed at the Anmaria hotel, staff are very helpful and friendly they all went out of their way to help us. I would also like to mention that we witnessed the incident when the front office manager spoke with these outside guests and I assure you she was not at all rude towards them she politely pointed out the new management rules. Breakfast was lovely many options to choose from. Cleaners kind and attentive. Overall a wonderful stay we will be back. Highly recommend.

Disappointing Experience with Customer Service I have been a regular patron for several days, during which we were informed that purchasing a drink would grant us access to the pool. However, after five days, a woman with black hair at the reception approached us abruptly and insisted we pay €5 on our next visit. The manner in which she addressed us was unprofessional and discourteous. Additionally, a staff member at the bar exhibited similarly rude behavior. As a Cypriot resident of three years, I find this treatment both disrespectful and unacceptable. I have reported this incident to the owner, as such conduct is not reflective of the welcoming atmosphere one would expect.

The rooms were clean and lovely. The staff were lovely too and made us feel very welcome. Andreas at the restaurant was so energetic, jovial and helpful. Andrea , at the receptions wonderful too. Looking forward to returning some day. The food was also impressive. However, the staff at reception did not seem to know much about the theorist attractions and were not very helpful on how to go about the town../ it would be great for them to be able to recommend some places to guests to make the most of their experience.

The location is fantastic, close enough to walk into town, far enough away to not hear it at night. Beautiful views, great beaches within easy walking. Clean, great food I can’t fault it. The staff are very friendly and cocktails went down well.

Εξερετικη τοποθεσια στο κεντρο της Αγιας Ναπας ηταν ολα προσβασιμα με τα ποδια. Ωραιο το δωματιο μου ανετα κρεβατια καθαρο με ολα τα απαρετιτα και με φανταστικη θεα την θαλασσα και την πισινα. Το πρωινο και το βραδινο ηταν τελια με πολλες επιλογες.Τα ποτα οι τιμες στο Bar και στο εστιατοριο ηταν αρκετα λογικες.Η εξωτερικη πισινα ηταν πολυ ωραια. Ολο το πρωσοπικο ηταν ευγενικο και εξυπηρετεικο ιδιαιτερα η Αντρια στο reception και η Γιωτα η housekeeper. Σας ευχαριστω πολυ. Πανικος Στυλιανου.

I went to Anmaria Beach Hotel in the end of november with my adult daughter, Reka. We had wonderful time, thanks to Yiota and Lidia, who made everything they could to make us happy! We even got a beautiful room with two teraces and lot of sunshine facing the sea, altough we just booked a simple room. Thanks a lot!! The meals were great, we had full board, always lots of choices of delicious food. We liked the inside swimming pool, too.

Staying here these last few days has been amazing, especially the breakfast in the morning and the friendly staff, the area has been lovely and I've been able to enjoy my birthday seeing the sights, walking across the beach and exploring the town.
