The Kkaras hotel is ideally situated in ayia napa. Bar street, the beach and the harbour for boat trips all within a 5 to 10 mins walk. It is on the bus route with a bus stop near enough right outside if you want to go towards the Nissi Beach/waterpark service 102 or towards Protaras service 101 a single journey costs 1euro 50. 2euro 50 if travelling between 21.00 and 04.00 buses run until the early hours and about every 20mins. It has a supermarket conveniently located right next door which is reasonably priced and has all the essentials you need. The Room was a nice size with a balcony and air conditioning which worked very well. There is a fridge/freezer in the room which is a decent size. The room also has a television and a kettle was provided with a tub of coffee. Breakfast was continental style which consisted of bread, ham, cheese, tomatoes, cucumber and jams/marmalade. Also a delicious selection of fresh fruit. Breakfast was delivered to the room every morning. The room was cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels provided. The swimming pool was big enough and plenty of sunbeds around the pool. There is no bar or resteraunt on site (looks like there was in the past) but you can consume items from the supermarket at the pool/outdoor table area. There are showers provided by the pool too. All the staff at the Kkaras hotel were welcoming and friendly. Check out time is 12.00 and you can leave luggage with staff in the reception area whilst you wait for your transfer. I would definitely stay here again if I visited ayia napa again. Bare in mind this is a lower budget hotel so it might not have all the mod cons that some people look for however if you are looking for a competitively priced apartment with a superb location then Kkaras hotel is just the job.
