The hotel and Booking present the hotel as 4* when in fact all the rooms were unclean, very damaged from the wear and tear of time, unmaintained and lacking in amenities. The pool was very unclean with dirt and grime on the bottom, the room with broken walls, ants on the parquet floor (from sticker peeling off from wear and tear), the seating in the lobby was broken up and without leather that was peeling off from time. Very poor breakfast. Reservation price exorbitant compared to what it really is and what it provides. It is misinformation the 4 stars. I am attaching the actual photos of today. A refund was requested and Booking only gave the amount of 25€ for this deception. They should definitely correct the 4* from the description until the hotel actually owns them.

Floors were filthy. Impolite staff. The wifi was so bad it could not even load up a small pics or video ( you do not get what you paid for). I have chosen “all inclusive”, but NOTHING was “all inclusive”. I’ve been told that I should pay for bottled water, when I asked why? the waitress asked me from which country I came from. Excuse me? Really? P.S. Thanks Ina, Kira and the girl with black hair in the reception. They were always ready to help us.

It states that it’s a 4* hotel but it is most definitely a 2* hotel. Firstly, it looks completely different than in the pictures, it’s extremely outdated and old. the showers are shocking. There was rust on the shower heads, holes/cracks in the walls, calcified water stains and the water pressure is horrible!!! The soap/shampoo we received was in an open plastic bottle available to everyone who stayed in the room before us , so anything could have been put inside. The shower curtains looked stained and old too. Worst of all we didn’t get any hot water & had to shower under very cold water. The rooms are very dirty too. As we entered we could see hair strands on the floor, dust everywhere and weird stains on the walls. There is also little to no wifi in the rooms/around the hotel. the AC is very dirty and loud , we woke up with sore throats & feeling very ill due to all the dust and debris collected in there. We tried to get a refund and leave the hotel but they didn’t let us. The staff were completely unhelpful and most were rude with exception to one receptionist who tried her best to help us. Another receptionist, who we first spoke to about all the negatives, didn’t even note down our complaints or try to do anything about it. She told us she was too busy to deal with this now. The only positive was the sea view from the balcony.

The main thing I want to say is that all reviews before 2022 no longer have anything to do with the current situation in this hotel. Now Ukrainian refugees actually live here, and near the reception there are a lot of announcements in Ukrainian. How this hotel began to be sold to Russians is a mystery) Frankly speaking, everything looks as if the Ukrainians living here don’t even think that the hotel is filled with Russians, and that’s the only reason the general atmosphere is calm. But I don’t want to open my mouth again in front of people in the hotel) In general, the hotel is shabby: cracks on the walls, old plumbing, mattresses with protruding springs. But the most unpleasant thing is the very, very poor cleaning. All the lamps have a thick layer of dust, the balconies cannot be washed, the bathroom is slippery, there were also boogers smeared on the walls and doors in our room 🤦, the curtains are soaked in dust, the towels are very old. Breakfast for two - cheese, ham, bread, beans, eggs in one form or another, olives, grapefruits, yogurt and canned peaches. And so every day. Breakfast from 7 to 9 am!!! I’ve never seen breakfast end so early, it’s terribly inconvenient. The hotel has only one plus - very close to the sea, 2 minutes at a leisurely pace. The cost of accommodation was so modest in comparison with other offers on online tours that they did not dare to throw a tantrum and demand relocation. We will certainly not go to this hotel again))

This hotel is a hopeless case of con!!! The hotel is open to guests, but it is a refugee hotel I have nothing against escapes, but the hotel's standard has dropped so much that it shouldn't be open. Breakfast was only cheese and ham. No bars were open as they advertised online, nor any restaurants, they were used as a school for the escapees. Absolutely tragic management who did not understand our request, we moved out without getting any compensation for what we had paid for. People like that shouldn't be running hotels, all they're thinking about here is milking poor refugees. DONT BOOK YOUR TRIP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Definitely a 3 star and not a 4 , pictures don’t look any thing like the real thing , very dated and needs a good freshen up . Snack bar is very not good , breakfast cold and not good . Really enjoyed the dinners but need improvement as pictures are very deceiving, staff are lovely and couldn’t be any more helpful. No kettle in room or entertainment at all

My family and I always come here on vacation. The sea is opposite, a cool beach. Friendly staff, in the bar Kyria Panayiota, chefs in the kitchen fulfill all preferences, especially for dinner. Any of our wishes are always taken into account. We happily visit this place as soon as we have free time. We celebrated a birthday with family, together, and with friends. In a word, one of our favorite places.

The structure is old and probably when it was new it could have had 4 stars, currently IN MY OPINION it is 2 and a half... I changed 2 rooms and both were old and with broken furniture and full of dust, even the first one had the toilet detached from the floor and the bed with a foot that gave way (I weigh 80kg)... for lunch, dinner and breakfast the exact same fruit, melon, watermelon and grapes, when I asked to have bananas or kiwis I was told that they cost too much out of season.. ..
