Absolutely terrible and rude service. The moment we walked in, the staff were giving us nasty looks and side eyes, and complained about my reservation details instead of helping me and my partner to our room. They were acting like they were guarding a pot of gold that I was trying to steal from them, although I was simply on a holiday that had been paid for with zero issues. This was a special occasion for my partner and I, so we asked some information about the rooms and whether there would be a possibility to get an upgrade, and the front desk worker literally told us "If it's not good enough for you, you can go somewhere else". They treated us like we were stupid throughout the night, making notions about how "room service will cost extra" as if we did not know that. They made us feel like ****** and like we were in the wrong for asking for any information or talking to them. They asked for IDs, and ended up losing my ID card as well. We just found it several days later tucked in my partner's passport. The cherry on top was them entering unannounced during the afternoon while we were out. Go somewhere else. The view is nice, but the service is terrible, and the people at the front desk should either seriously fix their attitude or work a non-customer facing job.
