As long you are ok with cockroaches, the establishment is beautiful. The facilities, food, staff are ok. The views and activities are great. Spent two vacations, but will not visit again due to a big brown cockroach and a suden feel of not so clean place. PS: photo was taken after the hunt that took place in the room before going to bed. The body was left outside to scare its companions.

We just returned from a wonderful stay in Ayia Napa.I travelled with my husband, our little boy (2 years old), and my mother. It was our first vacation with a child, so I was a bit nervous. But honestly, everything went so smoothly and we had a great time.The hotel is very family friendly and the staff was warm and helpful throughout. We tried the buffet there were plenty of options, even our picky toddler found food he liked, which was such a relief.The Greek restaurant was definitely a highlight, delicious food and Mr. Adamos made us feel so welcome.The Italian restaurant didn’t quite have the same warmth and didn’t leave much of an impression but at least we enjoyed our food. The burger place right next to it was a pleasant surprise.There were lots of thoughtful touches for families, like spacious rooms, stroller-friendly paths, and quiet areas where kids could play. That makes the travelling with a little one enjoyable. We left feeling rested and happy, and I’d absolutely suggest it to anyone planning a family getaway.

Lovely family holiday and we would return to this resort as a family! Doesn’t though quite meet 5 star accreditation! Main restaurant buffet service generally poor, food never hot, night time entertainment poor, swimming pools cold! All inclusive would have expected soft drinks to have been replenished in the room! Otherwise accommodation great, food selection good, great resort! Tui poor! Don’t know if it’s a Brexit thing but didn’t get an actual TUI bus transfer on arrival or return just a random bus company that missed the hotel outbound and decided to do a several point u turn despite on coming traffic and in the dark that was a bit scary! This is not a couples resort!

Nice Place Nice service
There were five of us, and we had two rooms where it was possible to darken the space at night. Unfortunately, in the third room this wasn’t possible, as it remained brightly lit throughout the night due to the pool area. Despite our complaint, the hotel chain did not offer any assistance. We were not offered a voucher or any other form of compensation. The sleeping conditions in the third room were far from satisfactory.

Best part was the greek restaurant and its kind manager Adamos. He was so kind, and gave us samples of other dishes as well. Great service and Nice people that runs this restaurant. The food was great the pork stew is a must. The deserts and uzo were on the spot.

Had an amazing massage at the Aego spa from Aleksander. The spa even offered to change my treatment without extra charge when I told them I was pregnant. Very relaxing experience, nice surroundings and welcoming staff, would recommend to anyone.
