We’re just wrapping up a wonderful week in Cyprus. We came over the Easter holidays and have loved our stay here. My husband and I have been to Cyprus 4 times before but that was 20 years ago and this was the first time bringing our kids. Rooms: we stayed in a premium suite with pool view and whirlpool bath. The set up was good, with 2 toilets and a separate room for the lads. The sofa bed was comfy for them. They super enjoyed the whirlpool bath. The bed in our section was lovely and comfy too. Food: the buffet was overall good. I loved the salad selection, all being very fresh and a good variety. There was a vegan and a gluten free section for those that needed it. Food was a good standard. The Green & Grill restaurant and the Taverna are part of the all inclusive package (1 visit to each over the weeks stay). The standard of food at both was lovely. All the staff have been lovely, not in your face but also far from grumpy. The snack bar in the day was great, and my 13 year old lived on chicken nuggets in the daytime! Pool: the pool is gorgeous, plenty of loungers, although you do have to be up early to get a good location. The life guards were on duty however they weren’t whistle happy which was good. This time of year the pool was a little chilly but it didn’t stop up having fun! Drinks in the all inclusive package was good and there are plenty of bars to be served at. The water stations are handy and easy to fill up water bottles at. We love the area and would definitely come back to Nissi beach area. We hopped into a taxi into Ayia Napa to visit Tommys bar (with a bit of karaoke) which was 12euro one way. There are buses but we didn’t explore those. The beach is literally across the road which was perfect. The Garden (restaurant and bar) is a great place to go for a drink if you want to leave the hotel as it’s not far to walk to (the entertainment in the evening at the hotel is definitely targeted at younger families). The owner of the Garden is super friendly and made us feel very welcome. Overall we’ve had a lovely time here in Cyprus and will definitely be back again!

Best hotel experience Unreal experience. From the staff, to the facilities, to the food everyone was of the highest caliber. The pools were another level cool and while I didn’t see other hotels really I wouldn’t be able to picture another hotel being so child friendly. Overall I give the hotel 10 out of 10.

Lovely rooms, plenty of sunbeds around the many pools, bars serve strong drinks, first time at an all inclusive, food let us down but we accepted it wasn't it hot as i would like, plenty of choice at all meal times, omelettes cooked to order with your choice of filling at breakfast, dessert selection at all meals times unbelievable. not a lot around the place but everything you need on the site. great Tui entertainment team try to get everyone involved. some cocktails only available at some bars.

This is a nice hotel with a massive pool. It has the potential of being a fantastic hotel. BUT, the sunbed war makes us not want to come again. This could be easily solved by applying sunbed allocation like most hotels do on Cyprus today. I simply cannot understand why they don’t have that. You need to get up at 6AM to get a sunbed. A completely no go. Especially when you are a family. So frustrating tbh.
