Excellent for kids .friendly services

I will start off with the smallest negative ever. The evening entertainment. Its a family hotel so I understand its for kids but there was nothing for adults even later in the evening. That's my only negative. But despite that this is hands down the best hotel I have ever been to. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Everywhere was kept clean. The rooms were great. The food was amazing. We didnt even get around to booking the restaurants. The main pool was big enough so that even at its busiest time there was plenty of room. Truly the best experience. Already looking to plan our next visit there and this is coming from someone who doesnt normally like going to the same place twice. Shout out to Spyros for being so friendly!

This is a first class hotel! Every aspect was great and a big shout out to the Spa, the therapists gave us the best massages we have ever got! This is my second time here and I would definitely go back!

We are currently on our last few days here and can say we have really enjoyed our time here. We were greeted with a smile when we checked in and then shown to our rooms, there was still soup and sandwiched on offer however we went straight to bed as arrived in very late. Our room was clean and the miad kept it like this every day. My husband and I found the beds extremely comfortable and slept very well. The air con in the room was a great temperature too. Nice touch having some free items in the fridge, our chilldern (21/17) made sure they drank their refreshments. The only thing I would change would be more comfortable seating on the balcony but that's just my preference. The hair dryer worked very well and there was plenty of wardrobe space and hangers. The bathroom could have done with an update as was a but dated but still clean. The pools are a lovely temperature but a little slippery when you entered, there are hand rails though. The gardens are kept tidy and the garden red are constantly working hard. The bar staff are very friendly and we enjoyed the drinks, especially the vanilla milkshakes! I have to say we have been to many all inclusive over the years and this hands down is the best buffet yet for each meal. The food is always warm, yes there's the salads bar, pizza station and pasta station every day but that's the same everywhere. There is then something different on offer every day and it's all delicious, I will need to diet when we go home! The puddings are lovely and well presented too. We went to the Taverna in our first week, it was ok however I felt the meal was a bit rushed and lots the personal touch. We went to the Green & Grill last night, it was amazing from the service to the food, we left with very happy belly's and needed a walk after and a sleep. The Tui Blue staff are always about trying to get guest involved in the entertainment but they are pushy and do leave you alone if that's what you want. The evening entertainment we didn't really see as was based on stage and there was loads of little kids about. There was the odd singer in the bar and in wine bar but might be nice to offer some other entertainment for anyone over the age of 16. My only negative were the toilets around the the hotel, these do need bring up to date, the ones near the adult only side of restaurant are very dated and dinge oftern look like they need a good clean, the ones near the outside pool bars are just as bad.
