Отдыхали в августе, отель превзошёл ожидания! Заселили нас раньше положенного времени, что было очень приятно после дороги. Персонал отличный — всегда вежливые, внимательные, чувствуется забота о гостях. Питание просто супер: всё вкусное и разнообразное, каждый вечер на ужин была кухня разных стран — очень интересно и необычно. Десерты — отдельная любовь! Каждый день новые пирожные, и все потрясающе вкусные. Номера чистые, аккуратные, уборка на высоком уровне. В день выезда мы не успевали на завтрак, но сотрудники собрали нам ланч-боксы — мелочь, а невероятно приятно, это показывает уровень сервиса. Отель оставил только положительные эмоции, обязательно приедем снова и рекомендуем всем!

Mooi en verzorgd hotel met luxe uitstraling, zo ook het zwembad. Dagelijks werd de kamer schoongemaakt en persooneel vriendelijk. Helaas hebben wij wel héél veel geluidsoverlast ervaren. De muziek bij het zwembad stond onwijs hard aan, rondom zwembad ook geluidsboxen. Rustig lezen, zwemmen of je eigen muziek luisteren is mij niet gelukt. Nu moet ik eerlijk toegeven dat ik gevoelig ben voor prikkels maar mijn inziens moet je niet het gevoel hebben dat je in discotheek zit. Paar keer aangegeven bij zwembadpersoneel en receptie. Héél soms een tikkeltje zachter maar nog steeds héél luid wat dat was hoe hun (de manager) het wilde. Ook in restaurant en buitengedeelte muziek vrij hard aan. Wij sliepen aan de straatkant, enorm veel en luid verkeer dat tot 4u 's nachts doorging, quads, motoren, auto's met ramen open en keiharde muziek en heel veel mensen op straat. Dus op balkon zitten niet fijn terwijl het zo'n mooi balkon was. Slapen lukte amper ondanks oordoppen. Dit alles heeft voor mij helaas gezorgd dat het niet de vakantie was waarvan ik hoopte om op te laden en te ontspannen terwijl het er zó mooi was, ik kwam erg overprikkeld thuis. Als je hier wel tegen kunt, dan zeker een aanrader. Glutenvrij brood aanwezig dat was fijn, goed en uitgebreid ontbijt.

Poor infrastructure, sidewalks, abandoned properties. If you are thinking of a posh area, Ayia Napa is the wrong place.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It’s beautifully arranged, and the staff are outstanding – the management should be proud of them. The young lady working the morning shift at the reception (unfortunately I forgot her name) was especially kind and professional. Breakfast was excellent, and the dinner was just as good – served every evening as an all-you-can-eat option at a special price for hotel guests. Keep up the great work!

Mijn vriend en ik hebben genoten van dit hotel. De ligging is perfect met vele winkels rondom voor alles wat je nodig hebt. Wij hadden de standard room en het bed was gigantisch. De medewerkers waren super vriendelijk en hielpen ons zo nodig. Er is een parkeerplek waar je met je pasje in kunt. Het zwembad is erg mooi. Het ontbijt is zeker een aanrader. Mijn enige minpunten zijn dat soms onze kamer overgeslagen werd met het schoonmaken omdat onze pas in de deur niet goed werkte waardoor het leek alsof we er nog waren, soms moest ik 3 euro betalen voor ijskoffie en soms 4,5 bij een andere medewerker en het avondeten is niet heel lekker. Wel veel variatie, maar door de vele restauranten met veel sterren om ons heen aten we toch liever buiten. Desondanks een aanrader.

Heerlijk hotel. Ruime kamers. Mooie locatie op wandelafstand naar de haven. Veel toerisme maar toch n rustige kamer. Heerlijk ontbijt. Mooie inrichting van t hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Het zwembad van het hotel aan de overkant van de straat mag gebruikt worden
