Great place, clean and nice looking.
The only issue is that our reservation was not visible once we came, therefore we were compelled to wait 10-15 minutes on reception. Rest was great! Nice pool by the way.

Upgraded us on arrival not a lot for children to do moan about the towels and want a deposit of 10 euros per towel which seems silly

- das Zimmer war leider nicht sauber
- die Liegen am Pool waren bereits über 1 Stunde vor Poolöffnung von Gästen "reserviert"
- das Taxi welches für den Flughafentransfer zum Heimflug geordert wurde war ein Großraumtaxi dass Gäste von anderen Hotels gesammelt hat aber dann trotzdem von jedem eine Einzelfahrt abkassiert hat
- POSITIV zu bemerken ist der Pool, welcher wirklich groß & sauber ist, sowie die Lage (zu Fuß erreicht man die beliebten Strände Nissi/Landa/Makronissos in ca. 1 Stunde und mit dem Rad ca. 30 min), außerdem sind viele sehr leckere Restaurants sowie Supermärkte in nächster Umgebung

Money stolen our from room, treated with disrespect by hotel staff - no resolution! Not sure why this hotel is rated so highly as we were extremely disappointed food is shocking poor quality & always cold unless you go in on the dot of dining hall opening time. No heaters keeping food warm, just cooked and then left to go cold. Breakfast was same everyday, again poor quality of food! Rotten fruits served up on a plate until someone ate, brought out over and over. We had a few meals where meat was undercooked and poor quality. We spent money eating else where! Would not recommend to anyone, we holidayed across the road at Atlantica sancta Napa a few years previously and it beat this hotel by miles, if your looking to stay in this area definitely take a look there! Don't waste your time giving your money to this hotel you’ll be treated like rubbish.

Great value, some problems with communication
Excellent hotel with bad communication/management. Dinner and Sauna were difficult to enjoy with staff asking too many questions and making mistakes with our booking without apologising for ruining our experience. Some Staff need training but some other are excellent!
