Siamo arrivati all'hotel in tarda serata e le prime impressioni sulla struttura ,la piscina , gli spazi circostanti con la vegetazione a dare quel tocco di freschezza , che dire "woow " la stanza spaziosa e pulita con tutti i comfort , purtroppo per noi la vista dal balcone non è stata piacevole ma è un dettaglio . Un ringraziamento a tutti dello staff x la gentilezza e cordialità dimostrata sempre pronti a risolvere qualsiasi problema .

Wir haben durch Hotelplan gebucht das Hotel ist als behinderten gerecht beschrieben ich bin zum gluck auch zu Fuß mit Stock unterwegs die Dusche war flach aber der Rest des Zimmers für jemand im Rollstuhl zu klein im wc hat es ein paar Halterungen musste mich aber bei der türfalle halten um aufzustehen Das lavabo kann man mit einem Rollstuhl nicht brauchen in der Dusche hat es auch kein Stuhl und kein Vorhang Also für jemanden der wirklich im Rollstuhl ist nicht zu empfehlen im Hotel hat es nur ein Lift mit dem Rollstuhl ist er fast zu klein in der Rezeption hat es ein behinderten wc dort kann man gut aufs wc Das Pool konnte ich nicht gebrauchen da es für gehbehinderte u auch für ältere Menschen kein Einstieg hat keine Treppen Handlauf nichts passt auf bei der Buchung vor allem Leute mit Behinderung Morgen essen top nur leider hatte es keine früchte das war schade

overall a great hotel for a girls holiday! the hotel was very very clean, check in staff were so polite and got food upon arrival late at night. Food was good, a large range and as a Vegetarian I always had options. snack time between meals was great we enjoyed the toasties and pizza slices. We asked for a pizza to share between us instead of us all ordering a slice each, which confused us as you had to pay for a full pizza outside of all inclusive? the same with bottled water which I was buying daily from the bar as water came out of the same tap as all other drinks like soda, lemonade, orange juice, so I could taste all of this when I wanted some fresh water... not great. not enough sun beds for the amount of people at the hotel, eventually found some after sitting on the chairs instead. air con had an eggy smell occasionally. spare bed for a room with 3 people is rock hard, I layered it with 2 quilts to soften it. the gym was tiny, only machine which was a cable machine was broken, heaviest weight was 6kg - not stated anywhere online its out of order and a shame as I would have liked to have used it. all inclusive drinks are okay, bar closes at 11, which was early for us but may not be an issue for others. a clean hotel, lacking some entertainment options and facilities, overall good

Otelde sadece bir asansör 5 katli bir otel için yetersiz kaldı. Herşey dahil konseptinde yiyecek ve içecekler tatsızdı. Soğuk kahveye ek ücret talep edildi. Snack bardaki ürünler düşük kaliteli ve lezzetsizdi. Otelin konumu ve personelin ilgisi dışında olumlu birşey yoktu.

I liked the food and the staff, except for the fact that I paid for a sea view room (such as room 519, which I received on the day of departure when I checked out later), but I was given room 524, facing the boulevard, where there was noise. There was constant noise from both the boulevard and the air conditioning. Of course, I mentioned this at the reception, but the ladies there tried to convince me that this was a sea view room. This is regrettable, as I paid approximately 200 euros extra to the agency in Romania. When I pointed out the noise from the boulevard, one of the ladies at the reception told me that next time I should go to Protaras, as it is quieter there

Great value for money, good location - the hotel is close to the beach and boulevard and supermarkets, clean, good food, friendly personnel. Would recommend this hitel for families and the ones that are looking for a relaxing holiday at the beach.

Average,we was expecting more but unfortunately was not to be . In general the services are average to .... You must improve your services is must. So my rating is 1 out of 5 if it was hotel apartments I cud say ok but for a star ⭐ hotel NO . An effort has to be done ✅ to fix some things that are really not ok . -food -attitude -cleaning -staff
