Fedrania Gardens Hotel

Overall, my stay was quite enjoyable. The room service staff were polite, responsive, and quick to assist. The pool area was clean, relaxing, and well-maintained. However, check-in was delayed, and after every shower, water leaked in the bathroom, which was inconvenient.

Perfect location, closse to Nissi Avenue, but in a quiet place. Just a few steps away Beach, shops and good restaurants. Lovely swimming pools, tennis courts and well-kept gardens. Great place, I'm already planning my next holidays there.

We resided in the new building and honestly it was great, the room was clean the view was great and the location made it super easy to travel around the city. I was scared because some of the other reiwes but i didnt have any problems during my stay. The stuff were very accomadating and its a great value for the price. The only thing that stop me from giving 5 stars is the lack of dietary alternatives in the breakfast.

We stayed in hotel for 2 weeks, We had read all the reviews before hand and feared the worst. The hotel is minimal to be honest, not a lot happening but we used it as a base and was ok for us. We had a swim -up room and it was fine, everything worked, could it have been cleaner (MAYBE). Luckily the sunset parties had finished the week before, The Swim-up pool was quiet until 3pm then it got a bit busier (as the main pool has not sunbed around it so everybody used the swim-up pool). The hotel is situated perfectly for the beach(5mins walk). We spent all our time at the beach 7.50 euro for 2 beds and an umbrella. would recommend the beach. We are in our late 40`s so clubbing isn't our thing, Found a pub (jokers square) that had entertainment every night and every sport that you could want to watch. spent most nights in here, staff are very friendly. Now the bad parts, The towels were clean but stained, only changed when we left them on the floor and the new towels were just as stained. bedding change once in the 2 weeks we were there. We locked everything valuable in the safe, so no issue with things going missing. Would I stay again (Probably not). READ ALL REVIEWS..

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. But if staying here keep your expensive stuff locked up. Just got my coach bag stolen from the room, and guess what? They can’t give me any explanation or check who cleaned my room in the evening while I was out, and also no managers around to sort it out the problem. They don’t care, I’ve refused the cleaner in the morning and when I was out they’ve decided to clean my room? Plus she left “new” towels on top of where I’ve left my bag before going out. Even questioned me if I didn’t lost somewhere, if I have lost how comes I’ve got my wallet with me????? Police isn’t a much helper in this case, even explained to them my item it’s expensive. Looking at my room now I imagine how many other valued items they could’ve stolen from me.

1) The room never got cleaned, even requesting it to be cleaned several times and bedding changed it only happened once, and when we did request the bedding to be changed the reception staff brought the bedding and we had to do it ourselves, and some of the bedding brought was stained so we had to request more, also only one set was given when there was 3 beds 2) beds were never made 3) there was a pool party on the Sunday and we paid for swim up room which the pool was due to be open 10am-7pm however on this day we was told our 12 year old son had to get out the swim up pool at 4:30pm as there was people drinking! 4) my husband and son went for breakfast at 09:30AM the service took so long that at 10:30AM food still didn’t arrive and they then wasn’t allowed to get breakfast which we had included in our booking! 5) The bathroom light didn’t work! 6) The towels were replaced with torn and random towels. 7) The reception team were away from the desk for long periods of time and we had to wait to be seen whenever they may return!! 8) The room key continuously kept failing and we had to keep going up to reception to replace it! Sometimes even after going back to reception it didn’t work and we had to go back AGAIN! 9) when we did see cleaners and asked them a question they just pointed to reception! Without any other communication. 10) there was spare duvet covers in wardrobe but no cover on them and no cover was given even after requesting several times! Was the duvet even clean??? 11) the safe kept failing! We had to leave it open as it wouldn’t shut and lock!! Overall the hotel was very poor and we were very disappointed in the service! We paid £2187 for flights hotel and breakfast and feel very VERY overcharge for what we actually received!!
