Fedrania Gardens Hotel

DO NOT STAY HERE! The toilet was leaking everytime we flushed it. It went into the bedroom. We asked if we could move and did the next day but had to deal with it for 2 nights. Luggage got soaked as well as our clothes. Horrible smell from bathroom as well. English Breakfast was terrible. One of my friends asked for runny egg and served an over cooked fried egg everytime he asked. Also, the waiting time on the breakfasts were over half an hour long, sometimes longer. Everything discussed here is shown in photos. Except for the eggs but take my word that it was disgusting. Hope this helps.

This hotel was awful it said we had a hairdryer we didn’t no kettle no soap no bin in the rooms no cups whatsoever staff was rude when we asked about things and sometimes didn’t even answer us I would not recommended this at all the pool was nice , that’s it . I won’t be back no aircon in the lobby’s too or a lift which makes it so inaccessible

Nice hotel, good location and great pool. Staff were friendly and the shop in hotel was very handy. Would come back again

Absolutely filthy ! no working safe in rooms ! Had to pay extra at reception if we wanted one that locked ,no bins ,bedding stunk, it’s a party hotel for teenagers! No Wi-Fi in room and no option to pay as advertised. Everywhere smells of urine and vomit . Rude staff at reception. Complained on arrival about state of room still didn’t clean it although promised they would so cleaned it ourselves . Bathroom disgusting 🤮. Rowdy and noisy all night , dirty knickers around pool area . Avoid if possible looks stunning on pictures but be assured it’s not! Flying cockroaches in room

Disappointing Stay – Wouldn’t Return I rarely leave bad reviews, but this stay was honestly not worth the money. Towels weren’t changed at all during our time there, and asking for extra toilet roll felt like we were asking for something outrageous — the staff were far from helpful. The pool itself wasn’t clean especially after the pool party, felt like I was constantly dodging cigarette ends which was really off-putting, and the so-called “swim-up” rooms were a letdown. They’re not what you’d expect at all — you can technically get into the pool, but it’s definitely not the private, relaxing setup the name suggests. On check-out, there’s nowhere secure to leave your luggage. We were told to just leave our bags in the middle of the reception area, completely unattended. No room to freshen up either, so if you have a late flight, good luck. No plug sockets you have to pay for the privilege of charging your phones Wouldn’t stay here again. There are definitely better options in Ayia Napa for the same price
