Good points- Very clean hotel throughout Peaceful and quiet Clean pool Good WiFi Some staff are very good Bad/Average points- Sun loungers reserved from very early and not used. Could do with designated smoking areas away from food. Not really all inclusive some stupid restrictions. Should provide pool towels ideally. More ability to get water including in the fridge in room. Poolside gets extremely slippery. €15 a week for room safe. Not offered 2nd drink at mealtimes Food is average, better off in the kings sword across the road. Lunchtime order taker at pool snack bar needs telling about his behaviour towards women.

Visited Cyprus for the first time and what a fantastic holiday we had at an amazing hotel. The staff were great and the hotel was clean and bed linen changed daily. There was a good variety of food and the snack bar food was excellent too. This isn't a massive hotel which was nice but the kids had a brilliant time and didn't want to leave. Shout out to Coco the Loco who kept he kids entertained. Would definitely recommend the mermaid bost trip to blue lagoon it was great. We will definitely go to this hotel again and would highly recommend if you are looking for a nice relaxing holiday.

Great hotel we stayed in the annexe would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the pigeon droppings on the balcony having to be cleaned by us every morning and the behaviour of a certain person putting towels on all sunbeds in annexe had to be quick if you wanted a sunbed

The hotel itself is marvellous but our experience was spoilt when Dorothy Cox and her Irish entourage turned up creating havoc towels on Sun beds that were never used loud blaring music no consideration for anyone else .I will make sure when booking again not to go when she is there !!!

This was our 3rd time for Myself and husband and the first two times were 💯 excellent! However on our return this year we were shocked at all the changes, by 7am every sunbed around the pool had a towel on! The pool was like a bath! The food was terrible with the option of Rabbit! And was bearly any choices which was repetitive! The drinks were really poor! I was verbally abused by another guest who also threatened me (apparently she had been moaning about other guests before we arrived) the hotel did NOTHING! However the usual staff were their lovely self's the weekends the hotel is full of locals with groups of 10+ who completely took over the pool and the limited sunbeds! The entertainment was pathetic so we wouldn't recommend this hotel and will definitely be taking our money elsewhere!

They have a good pool good staff best entertainer:) The hotell is near landa beach :) and it is about 10-15 min by buss from the city core. The food allorund is okey. All personal is very helpfull when u need to ask something and have questions:)

Good hotell nice staff best THE best entertainer ever ;) pool is nice, the hotell is in a good area of u like it a litel quieter also. And if u cross the street u have a supermarket. And if u want to go in to town by buss nearest stop is 2 min walk from the hotell.

Hotel is okay, rooms nice and clean, and the beds are very comfortable, but space in closet to short to hang your dresses. Food is as expected at an all inclusive hotel. Breakfast was food Lunch was good, but dinner was nothing fancy. Really friendly staff all over the place. Everyone is helpful and is doing their best. The barmenu is not good. The Coca Cola is undrinkable unless you pay extra for the real stuff. Drinks generally to sweet, We paid extra for the good drinks in the hotels cafe “not all inclusive “ The bar is open between 11 am to 23 pm. Between 23 pm and 11 am there is nowhere in the hotel to get drinks or bottles of water. The pool opens at 9 am but you can’t be served before 11.am. The barman was friendly though and served people sometimes from 10.30 am. Huge problem with sunbeds. Signs all over the pool area saying that it’s not allowed to reserve sunbeds, but no one practices this. Furthermore they have several huge luxury sunbeds which you have topay 20 euros a day to reserve. Guest were forces to do so to get sunbeds And on top they let people from outside the hotel use the pool and sunbeds even though there are already to few for the hotel guest. Buy 30 sunbeds more and skip the VIP sunbeds and make all guests happy! The barareas were messy most of the poolday because of guest using the area for keeping towels sunscreen and other poolstuff (due to lack of sunbeds) Not the staffs fault though. Hotel is close to a really lovely Beach (Macronissos) but make sure to be there around 9.30 am at the latest to get sunbeds

I recently stayed at Amethyst Napa Hotel & Spa and was absolutely blown away by the experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, the service was impeccable. The room was stunning, with breathtaking views of the Ayia Napa Marina and Makronisos beach, and a bed so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud. Every detail, from the high-end toiletries to the plush robes, was thoughtfully curated. The hotel’s buffet was great. I can’t wait to return to this value for money hotel!!
