Myself and my wife stayed here from the 11th to 18th July as our son was in hospital at the Nappa Olympic just 2 minutes away. We chose it for low cost and convenience for the hospital. we stayed in a room just above the bar and it was great. Clean, tidy and perfect for our requirements. The owner- a lovely lady, unfortunately I don't remember her name, was very supportive and held the room for us as we didn't know how long our son would be in hospital with absolutely no pressure to pay, just when your ready was always her response. We didn't want her to clean our room as we had to stay covid free to visit our son but anything we asked for was no trouble. It was a little noisy being on the main Nissi Avenue but for us who needed a location close to the hospital it was perfect. Thank you for supporting us during a very stressful time.

Under no circumstances their review should be 8.5 as it was when I booked it. The place is really old has 2 TV channels that don't work when it's windy and spider web in the bathrooms. When you arrive at the hotel they inform you that no guests are allowed there which frankly I doubt if that is even legal. The smell that comes out of the cupboards is really bad and old. Really disappointed

Hotel désastreux avec literie très vieille et sale impossible de dormir sur ces matelas dégueulasse. A 7h30 du matin 4 personnes se sont mis à débroussailler et tondre c'était horrible infernale je ne recommande pas du tout cette hôtel nous avons étais obligé de quitté les lieux avant la fin de notre séjour car impossible de rester là-bas 1 minutes de plus. A fuir il non même pas voulu nous rembourser la nuit non effectué alors que nous somme partis le matin tôt. Honteux.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks until yesterday, and we definitely highly recommend it! 😍 The staff was always very nice and in a good mood, the cleaning personnel came every second day to give us new towels and clean up, and the location of the hotel is awesome too - near sandy beach and also near from nissi beach - so everything was perfect! We would definitely come again! Thank you so much for this great experience in Agia Napa! 🫶🏽

It is not a hotel, it is a dirty house, only pool was clean, rooms are full with ants, Nissi beach is not near, as they say, distans is more then 1.1 km, instead of 650 meters. also there is not wifi, If you make a complaint, the host will attack instead of apologizing. Don't pay the money for this house

When I got to the kitchen it smelled awful, there were trays of rotten food in the oven in both rooms. When we went to bed, a spring came out of the mattress through the sheet, I mentioned to the host, the solution was to turn the mattress. The air conditioning did not work in one of the rooms (this was solved the next day), anyway if you want to use it you can for an extra fee. The rooms were full of ants, many ants all over the place we were stepping on them they were on the table on the bed in the shower horror !!! Outdated and broken furniture with missing parts , peeling paint on the ceiling, doors painted with glossy paint stuck when opened. Dirty socks left in the closet Very bad wi-fi ! I do not recommend to anyone, better put more money and look elsewhere.
