My experience with this hotel was not positive. During the check in we were charged a totally abusive rate of 100 euros on the credit card as a damage safety amount. It seemed like an absurdity, but we had to accept because we were with our 1 year old son. In the check out the perfect and clean state of the floor was proven in detail, and therefore, according to the hotel employee, this amount was being returned. To my surprise, 20 days after the amount is still charged on my card. I have entered with contact with my bank and they tell me that the hotel have not done the cancellation well. I contacted the hotel but they only replied to the first few emails. The situation was only solved when I sent them an email copying the tourist offices and consumer protection agencies. The amount was cancelled almost a month later but no one from the hotel had the courtesy to apologize for the incident. Regarding the rooms, it could be improved a lot.

On a été accueilli gentiment , T3 pour 6 personnes plus deux chien très convenable Il nous manquer du matériel , canapés compliquer à déplier pour personne âgée lit double confortable lit superposé bruyant. piscine à proximité belle vue et pas de désagrément . ATTENTION ne pas faire tomber des objets entre les planche du balcon et l’insonorisation .personelle agréable et très poli

Nous y avons sejourné 1 semaine. L’emplacement est top : petit chemin bordant la rivière à 10 min à pieds du centre ville; L’appartement pour 2 personnes est neuf, moderne, et très bien equipé, avec une jolie terrasse en bois (pas de vue en revanche, mais complexe harmonieux). Seul bémol : la literie n’est exceptionnelle et les couvertures fournies sont un peu légères pour la saison. Le personnel est très accueillant.

Très bonne surprise,de passage à ax, très bon logement Lit confortable. studio bien équipé. accueil parfait. petite terrasse agréable. Bains et centre à ville 20 minutes à pied. juste précision piscine fermée en septembre. excellente adresse.

We rented a studio flat which was bright, clean and had what you needed to get by but you will need to bring your own tea towel. Quiet residence, people were respectful. There is a swimming pool on site and a basic launderette facilities. Car park. Staff were very friendly and happy to help with all our requests. The city centre/spa were 15mn walk from the complex.
