Great visit! Margaret, Dawit, Yonas, all the servers were amazing! Breakfast buffet was full of variety.
They even had a birthday surprise with cake for my husband!

Great flavors on an Italian twist. Waiters and waitress was kind and patient. I ate lasagna, pizza and sweet potato. The kids Margarita pizza is large enough to share for two. The pancakes looked fluffy and delicious. They have many options.

Wonderful sunset in the wine bar. Very lovely garden with a lot of birds. Nice and big swimming pool (but a bit cold). Really good service. The best place to stay in Hawassa. Balcony in each room. Possibility to do a boat tour on the lake, where you can see hippopotamus, birds, and the Oromia fish market.

A gorgeous spot on the Hawassa lake with best in class service... Excellent work Haile! You are the pride of Ethiopia ! The pool is great, SPA services are great and the rooms were comparable to any palace in Europe, and even better! Keep on the good work and let Ethiopia shine 👍

The pillows are the fluffiest i ever felt and amazing,i love the basketball court and the football pitch but what i liked the most is the gym there are enough equipment to do as many exercise as we want and the playgrounds is good but its only for kids you can put also for teenagers thank you
