This hotel is best suited (and geared up) to large tour groups rather than independent travelers such as ourselves. All meals were buffet style and, when you could get past the heaving crowd, cold. Some staff members gave the impression that they were "over it" and we had some particularly poor experiences with the head waiter. (He even resorted to placing a 'reserved' sign on our preferred table despite no-one ever actually sitting at it!) So strange... The rooms were large, but bare and tatty, with hardly any windows. (Probably fortunate as our windows had broken blinds that did little to block the light.) Far and away the worst accommodation of our really wonderful trip to Sri Lanka.

Amazing place to stay! Ira situated in the middle of nature but close to amenities. Beautiful scenery, the pool is lovely and quiet, and the food is fantastic with lots of choices to suit everyone’s needs. Amazing place to relax, wish I had gotten longer here!

The warmth and friendliness of the staff made this a fantastic stay. Pros: - both buffet and à la carte options for supper - à la carte from noon on means you can eat whenever you want - the staff at the front desk, in the bar and at the restaurant were fantastic! Happy to help and really made an effort to make our stay pleasant - rooms were clean and comfy - pool was great - outdoors with loungers all around - large grounds to go for walks - the team did a great job of correcting a mistake with our laundry. When it was delivered to the room half of it was missing. I let the team at the front desk know and within 10 minutes it was sorted out What could have been better: - pool towels were always all taken - had to request new ones every time we used the pool - laundry service could have been more organized

We are enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It is located in a very green area, has beautiful garden. The pool is big and nice looking. Food at the dinner and breakfast was delicious. From the negative points, WiFi coverage in the rooms did not work. But it worked closer to reception.

C'est un hôtel merveilleux, où la nature vous entoure totalement..un havre de paix où le chant des oiseaux vous accompagne, où les singes vous regardent passer depuis les arbres, des paons majestueux passent dignement près de vous, des écureuils...les massages sont exquis, le buffet est sans cesse renouvelé et tellement varié !le personnel est adorable, toujours soucieux de votre confort!! Bref je n'oublierai jamais cet hôtel à part!

Thr room & bathroom is verylarge,clean & well kept .Staff are very helpful & courteous. The dinner & bfast had good spread.The enviornment is plush greenery.It is idle place to have a relaxed vacation.One can also visit the elephant national park near by

Great property at Sigiriya, Sri Lanka and secluded from the city. The rooms were clean and the bathroom very spacious. The staff was very polite and attentive. We had the breakfast and dinner buffet here and we liked it! Would definitely stay again when we come back.
