I stayed at Rubi Platinum Spa Resort & Suites and had a truly wonderful experience. The resort is luxurious, beautifully designed, and perfectly located by the sea, offering stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere.
The service was excellent — the staff were always friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any request with a smile. The rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged for maximum comfort.
One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The variety and quality, especially at the dinner buffet, were impressive and catered to all tastes. The facilities are also great, with plenty of options for both adults and kids, including pools, a private beach, and a high-end spa.
Overall, I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing getaway on the Mediterranean — whether it's for a honeymoon, a romantic escape, or a family vacation.

The service is excellent! The Red Lounge serves the best food, and the service was splendid. The alcohol selection is one of the best I’ve experienced, and the bar is a pleasure to visit. They really make you feel special here — everyone is very nice. We came with a small 2-year-old child, and every staff member gave him balloons and played with him. It was a truly wonderful experience

We stayed at this hotel for the first time as a family of three, traveling with our 2-year-old. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. There’s a nice outdoor playground with a few attractions for kids, as well as indoor entertainment options suitable for both toddlers and older children – which was a big plus for us. While the food selection isn’t huge, the quality is excellent and everything we tried was very tasty. A special highlight was the Red Lounge – the food there was absolutely delicious. A big thank you to Selen, who works at the Red Lounge – she was incredibly kind and helpful, and communicated wonderfully with children. Whenever we asked for a smaller, child-friendly portion, they were more than happy to accommodate. The views from the hotel are beautiful, and the overall service was outstanding. It’s clear that this hotel is designed with families in mind, and we truly appreciated that. We highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. We will definitely come back again!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön in vielerlei Hinsicht, sowohl beim Service als auch beim Essen. Das „The Red Lounge“ ist hervorzuheben für das gute Essen - hier muss man in der Lobby einen Tisch reservieren und bezahlt pro Person einen Aufpreis von 5€. Empfehlenswert!

Великолепно! Душевный и отзывчивый персонал. Хорошая кухня. Красивая территория. Пляж великолепный. Уборка идет везде и всегда. Чисто везде. Айран, вода, еда и напитки везде. Душевная атмосфера. Играет везде ненавязчивая приятная музыка. Хорошо охраняемая территория. Ребята на барах молодцы! Все быстро и с улыбкой! Али супер! Шеф из ресторана супер! Все свежее и вкусное! Всегда держит контроль. На пляже пекутся свеже слепленные лепешки с любым наполнением. Улыбчивая женщина при нас делает и печет лепешки. Спасибо ей! Развлечения по мне на 4. Мы приехали второй раз, ровно год назад были здесь. Репертуар знаком. Благодарим хозяина отела и весь штат за комфортное пребывание здесь ❤️

Das beste Hotel in der Türkei. Der Service ist Top vorallem Hilal vom Platinum Restaurant hat immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht und kümmert sich perfekt um ihre Gäste. Die Cocktails und das abwechslungsreiche Essen ist sehr lecker und es ist immer für jeden was dabei. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt hier und kann mich absolut nicht beschweren.

Hotel ist top. Super Personal und sehr gutes essen, aufjedenfall für jeden was dabei. Im Platinum Restaurant arbeiten eine super liebe Dame namens „Hilal“. Sie ist sehr aufmerksam und immer zuvorkommend. Ein großes lob an Sie. Abends immer viel los und die Stadt Alanya ist auch nur eine halbe stunde entfernt. Das Meer ist super schön und es wird extrem auf die Sauberkeit im ganzen Hotel geachtet. Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war wirklich sehr gut.

Es ist mein erster Urlaub und ich bin absolut begeistert! Alle sind super freundlich, die Atmosphäre ist super und Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top. Absolut empfehlenswert ist "The Red-Lounge", dort bekommt man eine Feuershow bei der Zubereitung des Rinderfilets, was perfekt geschmeckt hat, dazu kommt die fantastische Aussicht und der super Service, alle sind super aufmerksam!🥹🙏🏼
