Отдыхаем в этом отеле в третий раз. Сам отель небольшой, уютный, с собственным песчаным пляжем. Официанты из года в год в большинстве одни и те же, что говорит о хороших условиях работы.В целом отличный отель для семейного отдыха с маленькими детьми. Подросткам и молодежи будет скучновато, для них совсем ни чего не предусмотрено. Единственное в этот совсем нет анимации ни для детей ни для взрослых (не считая вечернего мини диско). Раньше и аквааэробика была и водное поло и стрельба и родео, в этот раз ни чего такого. То ли это связано с тем, что сезон подходит к концу, то ли аниматоры устали и ни чего не проводят. И последнее, что омрачило отпуск в этот раз, это то, что вся семья чем-то отравилась, первый раз у нас такое, хотя в Турции мы были много раз.

Es war ok , außer der Boden im zimmer war schmieriger film drauf, die Reinigungskraft muss öfter den Putzlappen wechseln,essen und Getränke waren ok, zimmer einrichtung in ordnung , wer sich erholen möchte würden weiterempfehlen, es wäre schön einen volleyball Platz zu haben, was wir nicht so schön fanden zu viele Katzen auf dem Gelände.

August 2024 1-star Review: Disappointing Experience from Start to Finish I wish I could say our stay was enjoyable, but it was a disaster from the moment we checked in. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful, acting as if we were inconveniencing them every time we had a question or request. The air conditioning in our room was broken, and despite multiple complaints, nothing was done to fix it. We were left to endure the heat during our entire stay. To make matters worse, the hotel completely misled us about an excursion they arranged for us. On our second night, the reception staff provided us with details and even recommended the tour guide. But when things went wrong during the trip, the hotel staff suddenly pretended they had no idea who the guide was or that they had ever arranged the excursion for us. This dishonesty was infuriating and made the whole experience even worse. This hotel is far from the 5-star experience it claims to offer. The poor service, lack of accountability, and terrible attitude from the staff made our stay unbearable. I would strongly advise against staying here. UPDATE ON THIS REVIEW !!! I was contacted by the hotel a was asked if I can take the review off they will contact the excursion manager and get them to contacted me however one phone excursion manager and it been 2 weeks now reply back and hotel did admit they know the excursion agency when we was in Turkey they refused to know the the excursion agency

Добрый день уважаемые персонал Аннабелла Диамонд!!! Отдыхали у вас 7.09-18.09.24 но6025 тчетвёртыи раз Принели нас отчен душевно,получили комнату сразу! Всё чисто,прекрасно!! Большое спасибо поворам!еда разнообразная,вкусная Спасибо персоналу ресторана за прекрасное и быстрое обслуживание,особенное благодарность Ози,за доброту и внимание!!!!! Маленькое неудобства, около бассейна стало очень тесно,чтобы подоити к своему лежаку,надо пробираться по краю бассеина!!!! Можно ли поставить обратно лежаки около детском площадке?? А остальное всё отлично!!!! Отдельное спасибо за вечеринку 17.09 для постоянных клиентов,было очень приятно!!! До встречи 2025 !!!! С уважением Ирмгард и Пётр Голубевы Естония

We highly praise this hotel, we were satisfied with everything, including the room and the food program, the Spa services and the great beach. Thank you to all the staff who took care of us and fulfilled all our wishes and even our daughter who has celiac disease...everything was great :) the waiter AHMED was great and you always made our daughter smile and tried to be helpful.
