This is my first time staying at the hotel with my family. Great pier, spacious room, beautiful beach, good choice of dishes in the restaurant, gorgeous terrace next to the bar, timely cleaning, very nice staff. I will recommend the hotel to my friends……..

Super Service, schöne Lage, sauber und sehr freundlich…. Sehr gute Essen und gute Getränke, große Zimmer….Gute Angebote an Spa und Beauty….Viele Ausflüge möglich….!!Nicht weit von der Stadt Alanya, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten….!!

Lovely hotel, location on the beach but thats it...only way around is either buses or taxis. Antalya or side an hours bus drive or 60€ taxis. Hotel rooms good and spacious, food plenty of choice but very turkish. Dining room hectic, always chasing around for cutlery. Drinks good. "DEFINITELY NOT ' a hotel for English, we're here with 'On the beach' NO other English in hotel only us. ALL German and Russian. Communication barrier very difficult, hard to understand any instructions. Nightly entertainment good, different show every night. Childrens entertainment excellent really well catered for.

Verstehe nicht wie so viele positive Berichte zustande gekommen sind. Beeindruckend ist die Lobby. Tolle Sofas und sehr nettes Personal. Der erste Eindruck von Zimmer: Erstmal positiv sauber und bedingt gepflegt. Im Zimmer meiner Kinder ist der Kleiderschrank defekt. Leben aus dem Koffer. Unser Elternzimmer ist mit unserem dritten Kind und zwei Eltern überfordert. Nicht ausreichend Platz für die Kleidung. Duschbad: sauber und modern gestaltet. Die Dusche im Zimmer meiner Kinder spritzt in alle Richtungen nur nicht dahin wo sie soll. Bin gespannt wann das repariert wird. Essen vom Buffet. Sehr schöne Auswahl! Optisch hübsch zubereitet. Das war es dann auch. Es schmeckt nichts, zumindest mir. Geschmack ist ja was eigenes. Heute Mittag zum Beispiel Spaghetti mit Bolognese oder Tomaten Soße... Schmeckt nicht, kein Salz und Pfeffer an der Soße. Dazu auch noch lauwarm. Ente gibt es auch. Total trocken. Von fast allem habe ich probiert. Nichts ist anständig gewürzt. Selbst die einheimischen Gerichte sind nicht gut zu bereitet. Dabei ist die türkische Küche so lecker. Die Außenalage macht einen guten Eindruck. Der Strand ist recht klein. Liegen und Sonnenschirme sind aktuell ausreichend vorhanden. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit

Beautiful hotel, good location, great food. We all felt really well looked after. Particularly by Ernes in the animation team - he went above and beyond to make all the English guests feel really welcome. He was very friendly and caring to all. He was missed on his day off!
