Uzun yıllardır tercih ettiğimiz bir otel konumu plajı çalışanları vs kendi evimizde gibi hissettiğimiz bir otel son yıllarda hizmeti mutfağı ve fiziksel şartları ile daha da keyifli hale geldi. Ancak tatilimizin sonlarında oldukça hayal kırıklığı yaşadık yer bulamadığımız için kendilerinin olan yan otelde konaklamaya başladık ve kalan günlerimiz için günlük giriş aldık ancak konakladığımız günün bitiminde 00:30 da gelen telefon ile şok olduk. Saatin geçmesi dolayısıyla oteli terk etmemiz gerektiği ile ilgili gelen uyarı gerçekten komikti. O saatte yeme içme vb durumlar yok ki sadece aile bireylerimizle olduğumuz için saatin farkına varmadığımız bir durumda otelden kovulmak gerçekten otelin şuanki duruşuna yakışmadı. Gec saatlerde transferimiz olsa demek ki otel içinde bekleyemeyecegiz. Bu davranışı gerçekten yakıştıramadım çıkış saati takip edilip hemen aranmak bence çok vahim bir davranış oldu.

Resepsiyon ekibi vasatın çok altında. İletişim kurmayı geçtim üsluplarıyla insanı rahatsız ediyorlar.Özellikle Ercan isimli personelin yaptığı saygısızlıktan çok rahatsız olduk.Bu konuda aynı grubun yan oteli olan Yalıhan Una oteli örnek almalarını tavsiye ediyorum. Diğer kısımlara gelecek olursak otel konum olarak çok başarılı. El değiştirdikten sonra çok iyi yönetiliyor. Çok iyi bir revizyon dönemi geçirdi. Genel olarak temiz .personel iyi . Yaklaşık 12 senedir iki otellerini de tercih ediyorum. Ve tercih etmeye de devam edeceğim.

We had an unbelievable experience at this hotel. We would most definitely return. The staff were all so helpful and nice, however, Gozde from customer/guest relations truly made it a holiday me and my fiancée will never forget. Not only did she go above and beyond in helping set up a perfect proposal, but she was so kind and thoughtful leaving notes and gifts in our room. Without her this holiday wouldn’t have been the same so thank you gozde!

Amazing foods, less of activities Good Pool friendly workers. Cozy bar is amazing. İ suggest there should be ömre activities.
