Having vowed over 20 years ago to never to return to Turkey, we booked a last minute holiday at the end of October as a family of 10, so were restricted with what was available. We booked the AQI Pegasos Royal and I have to say it has completely changed my opinion about holidaying in Turkey. Yes areas of the hotel are a little dated (rooms could do with a refresh but were very clean) however the facilities and especially the staff completely made up for that. A special mention for Ata in the buffet restaurant who always ensured we had a table for 10 for our evening meals, and decorated the table with petals on a number of occasions. All of the staff from reception to the maintenance team around the grounds were friendly and polite. The grounds were fantastic giving you the option to walk between all 3 of the hotels on the site, and use their all-inclusive facilities. You didn't feel hemmed in. The beach being so close was also a bonus, we didn't need to try to get sunbeds on the sand we could just come and go to our beds by the pool. We never had an issue with getting sunbeds, we had the same 9 sunbeds by the pool everyday, without having to get up at silly o'clock and reserve them. Walking around all 3 hotels there were always sunbeds available at all times of the day. The food was very good, as always with all-inclusive it does get a bit samey but the quality and taste was really good and plenty to eat for everyone. The transfer wasn't as bad as I expected, we did stop for 15 minutes each way at a roadside bazaar, which allowed for a toilet break. There was plenty to buy here if you wanted to shop/eat but we chose not to. Having been a Turkey sceptic for many years I would not hesitate at recommending this hotel to anyone.

Мы прекрасно провели время в отеле Pegasos Royal. Номер был очень чистым и современным, а персонал был очень услужлив. Идеальное расположение - прямо на прекрасном пляже! В целом отличное соотношение цены и качества. Мы бы обязательно вернулись!» Комната Отличный номер с полным видом на море! Рестораны и бары Еда всегда была разнообразной, вкусной и на любой вкус! Сервис Сервис просто отличный! Мы снова были гостями лучших друзей! От уборщицы нашей комнаты (к сожалению, мы не записали ее имя! ) - Каждый приложил много усилий! Официанты: Тарик Эрбек, Мехмет Колак, Эрол Эрбек, Али Хайдар Йилмаз, Умут Гюзель обслужили нас наилучшим образом! На приеме Аталай был очень теплым и внимательным! В баре Budda Мехмет Али и его команда были очень милыми и дружелюбными! На пляже мужчины безопасности Мехмет Али, Мустафа и Умут всегда были полезны и внимательны! Менеджеры Озан и Джемаль всегда были рядом и сердечны! Но молодая леди была чем-то особенным!!! Это менеджер по связям с общественностью ОЛЬГА ШНАЙДЕР! У нее есть мы (и все! ) Очень много усилий и помощь во всех вопросах! Например, во время регистрации на обратный рейс что-то с бронированием аэродрома несколько раз не получилось - Ольга привела коллегу по ИТ (к сожалению, мы не записали его имя! ) И попросил его помочь нам. После нескольких попыток ИТ-коллега позвонил в авиакомпанию и все прояснил!!! Большое спасибо Ольге, а также супер хорошему коллеге по ИТ-специалистам! Большое спасибо всем!!! Местоположение и окрестности В целом, поездка на автобусе от аэропорта Анталии до отеля занимала почти 2 часа, но лучший пляж в Турции того стоит! Деятельность Спорт и развлечения Популярные мероприятия Пляж Мы были на море весь день. Вечером мы играли в настольный теннис. It was a pleasure to stay at Pegasos Royal. We visited this place as a group of 13 people age range 7 months to 60+, so it was not easy to please everyone, but lovely team of Pegasos made it possible:) Special thanks to Ata, Adil and Mahmut! Take note that pools in October are a bit cold (but the temperature of the sea was perfect)

Долго выбирали отель, и с выбором не ошиблись. "Хотелки" в нашей семье у каждого разные, и Pegasos Royal оправдал их все. У отеля шикарная зелёная территория и безоговорочно самый лучший в Аланьи пляж! Персонал очень доброжелательный и вежливый. Мини-диалоги на руско-англо-турецком практически сдружили нас со многими сотрудниками. Отдельный респект гест-релейшн Ольге. Иногда казалось, что только на ней всё держится))) Еда разнообразная и вкусная. Мясо, рыба нескольких видов каждый день. Очень вкусно готовят мидии как в холодном, так и в горячем виде. Выпечка, снеки, фрукты, закуски, супы, вегетарианские блюда - в общем, ресторан на уровне. Напитки стандартные. Единственное, что было не понятно - почему в сезон цитрусовых свежевыжатый сок был платный - 2 евро. Анимация активная и ненавязчивая. Развлечения, спорт и хорошее настроение вам точно обеспечат. Команда интернациональная, в том числе на русском языке. Вечерняя программа проводится во всех трёх отелях. Можно посещать все площадки. Два раза за отдельную плату ходили на процедуры в спа. Девочки-хохотушки с Бали оказались настоящими профессионалами своего дела. Массаж был очень хорош. Wi-Fi только на ресепшн и в лобби, дальше не тянет. Но с другой стороны, не в интернетах мы ездили сидеть. Отель супер! Искренне рекомендую!

This is our second visit to this hotel and the reason is the location and of course the fabulous staff. We arrived early morning and the reception staff were expecting us and within 10 minutes we were settled in the rooms. We travelled as a family of 6 and needed 2 family rooms. The rooms were always clean and tidy. There is plenty to do in the hotel as it is spread across the three hotels. The sea is amazing, very clear and the beach kept clean. Great selection of food in the morning, lunch and night with speciality theme nights. We didn’t try the a la carte with the girls all being fussy eaters. The entertainment is varied and again in the three hotels each night. Visit the shops in the hotel they are always happy to chat, the man in the shop next to the lobby bar is a lovely guy and very interesting to chat with. The kids got all their presents and AirPods and charge leads from him. Special mention to Ata in the main restaurant always on hand and nothing was too much trouble. My old friend Adnan in the Buddha bar, always one more drink, visit around sunset for some amazing photos and a few drinks. And Gökhan from the Spa, great to talk too and helped when our youngest was unwell. We visited Isas across the road to watch the football and back for a full English breakfast, don’t be put off when you get there it is a small cafe but the guys in there are so friendly and welcoming. We visited Avsallar and Side both worth a visit with plenty of shops and cafes. We will be back again to this fabulous hotel. One tip if there is something you are not happy with at the hotel speak to reception and they will resolve it best they can and take the Wi-Fi if you do not have a data plan it works across the three hotels and is good enough to stream movies.

Overall, Pegasos Royal has everything you need for an unforgettable holiday, with the right mix of fun and relaxation. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to get the most out of their vacation! Отдыхали с подругой в данном отеле в октябре 2024г.Погода чудесная, море тёплое, температура воды 28 градусов, пляж песчаный, номер с видом на море. Обслуживание и питание в столовой на отлично. В отеле мы познакомились с чудесной женщиной, менеджером отеля Ольгой Шнайдер. Внимательная, отзывчивая, доброжелательная. Общение с ней представляло одно удовольствие. На все вопросы мы получали расширенную информацию по нашему отдыху. Ольга очень любит котиков отеля и своих тоже. Постоянно кормит котиков и заботится о них. Желаем Ольге крепкого здоровья и благополучия в жизни. Успехов в работе.

Prachtig hotel. Mooie familiekamer met zeezicht. Alles netjes en schoon. Eten is goed. Veel keuzes en elke dag iets anders. Vriendelijke mensen in het hotel. Een extra compliment voor de dames die elke dag de kamer schoonmaken en voor het personeel in het restaurant. Zeer aardig en gastvrij. Goede roomservice! Ik was hier samen met mijn kinderen. Volgend jaar kom ik zeker weer terug!

In short, I must say that it is not worth the money you pay. My daughter's clothes disappeared from her room the day before check out . you have to pay for the internet (of course, they returned my money after complaning true ******* ), you will be hungry after dinner until the morning, and the meal times are very stupid, the staff sometimes flirt with young girls. But it has one of the best beaches in the region.
