My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The front desk staff at check-in was unprofessional, and I was double charged after being asked to swipe my card twice. Customer service overall was lacking, when I called about the billing issue, the staff member was dismissive and unhelpful. I had to send emails and make calls a number of times before they could address my issue. I was also incorrectly charged $10 for parking, even though I didn’t have a car. When my Uber canceled, the front desk offered no assistance or alternatives to get to the airport. As someone with years of experience in hospitality recruitment, I was disappointed by the lack of courtesy and empathy shown. I hope management uses this feedback to improve staff training and the overall guest experience.

The lady at the desk would not look up from her phone to speak with us. Got woken up at 6 am with howling dogs. Love that the hotel is pet friendly but when you go to the lobby to say I was woken up by howling dogs and the response is we are a pet friendly hotel it’s a little frustrating. Room was great
