Hotel excelente, acogedor y muy agradable. El hotel en si, es un auténtico museo de la vida y gentes de Avilés. El personal del hotel, siempre atento, simpático pendiente en todo momento de sus huéspedes. Sin duda, repetiré hotel en futuras visitas. Situado cerca de la plaza de España en zona peatonal, muy recomendable para pasar unos días visitando esta bella y acogedora ciudad

Located in the heart of the city, the hotel feels timeless. The staff treat you like family. There is so much history down every hall I love the art and suit of armor. If you want to immerse yourself in the culture of Spain this is a great place to stay.

An experience I definitely don’t want to remember of repeat. Everything in this place remembers few generations back and it is not a compliment. Smell of old cellar and cigarets, rooms and facilities aged and used, lots of noise late in the night on Monday from some place / bar downstairs in the neighbor building, I didn’t see the place while walking around but I sure heard it later while trying to fall asleep. Once they stopped a Dripping toilet keeps you up at night. It should be called a shelter or a motel, because it is not a hotel.

Rebeca, única, distinguible, en su forma de expresarse para con los huéspedes. Es una persona encantadora y resolutiva. Es de esas personas que hacen que quieras volver. El hotel, muy simple, de arquitectura antigua, elegante y modesta. Totalmente recomendable.

El hotel está viejito pero bien cuidado y más céntrico imposible. Nos tocó una habitación con 2 camas que rujian e incómodas y enseguida nos cambiaron a otra habitación más grande y con 2 camas más cómodas y silenciosas. Muchas gracias a Rebeca por su atención.
