Hier passt alles. Schon renovierter Palast mit herrlicher Terrasse davor. Zimmer modern und sauber, Personal freundlich. Parken kann man gut außen an der Mauer. Frühstück haben wir nicht ausprobiert. Nahe zum Aufgang auf die Mauer, welche dahinter direkt vorbei geht.

El hotel es un espectáculo de bonito. Las instalaciones son estupendas y el personal encantador. El desayuno no defrauda, con platos servidos a la mesa. Fuimos en un viaje de pareja y no podíamos haber elegido mejor. También tomamos un cóctel en la terraza exterior y el precio nos pareció bueno.

Não vale a pena. Em abril faz calor em Ávila, tentamos configurar o ar-condicionado e nada. Procuramos a recepção 02 vezes e nada. Eles controlam o ar-condicionado e apostam nas baixas temperaturas, passei calor. O café da manhã não é tipo buffet, você escolhe de um cardápio, comida fria, péssima qualidade, sem comprometimento com o hóspede. Não voltarei.

Palacio convertido en Hotel, magníficamente situado dentro de las murallas de Avila. Las habitaciones muy correctas y cómodas, con lo que se espera de un hotel de esta categoría. Quizás, el bufet del desayuno un poco corto, si bien había buena variedad para pedir a la carta sin problemas. Se respira una buena atmósfera en el hotel. Cenamos una noche en la cafetería, de tapeo, y cenamos muy bien, pero es recomendable reservar, pues se llena de clientes ajenos al hotel. Recomendable también reservar el parking al hacer la reserva, para lo que no ponen ningún problema, lo cual es de agradecer. El personal sin excepción muy amable, quiero destacar la amabilidad de la persona que nos hizo el check in el 31 de marzo por la mañana, por su amabilidad y simpatía, siento no recordar el nombre. En definitiva, fuimos con nuestros dos hijos adolescentes, en dos habitaciones dobles, y estuvimos muy agosto. Sin duda, si volvemos a Avila volveremos.
