sono sempre felice di ritornare qui, e vedere che le cose sono sempre andando migliorando,la cortesia del personale e ora la chicca della colazione in camera, le camere sempre belle pronte e belle da vedere come nelle foto tali e quali, ci rivediamo presto

Viaggetto in Abruzzo con obiettivi natura+cultura, in inverno. Avezzano è quindi una buona base di partenza per esplorare i borghi antichi, i boschi, le abbazie, i siti archeologici e la bella Sulmona... L'albergo è stato ampiamente ristrutturato grazie al PNRR e inaugurato da poco. Il moderno funzionale è tangibile: sensori, profumi di legno chiaro, tende e biancheria immacolate, finestre insonorizzate, Sky... Ecco, internet non va! Salta subito ed è l'unico difetto! Lo staff, da Ilaria ad Alessandra, comprendendo anche l'ironico Carlo, è davvero simpatico. Piacevole e informale usufruire della colazione in camera, retaggio delle misure anticovid, ma comodo. Dunque la camera 200 è perfetta. Apprezzato l' allestimento artistico votato all'avanguardia.

L’hotel è completamente rinnovato, con gusto e ricerca dei dettagli. L’accoglienza buona, la stanza è perfettamente arredata, efficiente e funzionale. Le richieste che abbiamo fatto, soprattutto per la colazione ( che è sempre servita in camera) sono state tutte prontamente esaudite con cortesia. Bel bagno, con tutte le dotazioni. Ho soggiornato presso l'Hotel Velino per oltre 20 giorni visto che purtroppo mia moglie e' stata ricoverata in un vicino ospedale. Viaggio sempre molto ma raramente ho riscontrato una cosi' sincera accoglienza, empatia e disponibilita' ad aiutare un cliente in difficolta'. Il proprietario e' un vero gentiluomo d'altri tempi ed il personale e' sempre sorridente e pronto per ogni richesta. La pulizia della camera e del bagno era perfetta. La colazione in camera e' puntuale e si puo' ordinare cio' che si preferisce la sera prima. Nei dintorni si possono raggiungere a piedi buoni ristoranti e negozi ed e' vicino al centro. Lo consiglio caldamente senza riserve.
