Le cadre est parfait pour se ressourcer et passer de beaux moments en famille, en couple ou entre amis. Malheureusement, le personnel n’explique rien et le client doit tout trouver de lui-même. Nous avons eu quelques difficultés à passer outre cette certaine froideur des employés

Cet hôtel de grand style et lumineux donne vie à ce hameau d'Avène par sa seule présence, dans un décor magnifique, au grand calme. L'accueil et le service sont au rendez-vous; grande gentillesse et assistance au client avec efficacité et sans ostentation...le naturel de la vraie province à l'ancienne! On est bien loin des établissements de cure tristounets; ici on a envie de s'installer. Très belle chambre et SDB immense, avec LES produits d'Avène. Petit déjeuner de grande qualité, sous la houlette bienveillante et efficace d'une dame souriante et impliquée

Nous avons séjourné en amoureux à l’hôtel d’Avène et avons globalement passé un très bon moment. L’accueil a été chaleureux, et la chambre, très agréable, offrait tout le confort attendu pour un week-end à deux. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le petit-déjeuner, copieux et de qualité, ainsi que la piscine couverte, qui est vraiment une belle prestation haut de gamme. Malheureusement, le dîner au restaurant a fortement terni l’expérience. Le service était clairement en dessous des standards attendus : des serveurs peu attentifs, peu professionnels et manifestement peu familiers avec la carte. Quant à la présentation des plats, elle manquait de soin et ne correspondait pas à ce que l’on attend d’un établissement de ce standing. Un séjour contrasté donc, entre excellence de l’hébergement et grosse déception côté restauration. Dommage !
