La habitación no tiene ventana. La abres y da a una pared. El baño tiene un tragaluz roto y sucio. Hace calor porque no hay ventilación. La situación es buena cerca de los lugares de interés. Quizás haya otras habitaciones mejores pero la nuestra no lo ha sido. En el techo hay manchas y desconchones enormes

I had a reservation for this guesthouse, but a health problem prevented me from making the stay, it was explained and said that I had sick leave, a medical report and that my daughter would not be able to make use of the reservation, with a lot of grudging on the part of the person who answered the phone I was told it was already paid and nothing could be done. I find a lack of respect and sensitivity for what happened and reported.
