I should be expecting low quality for the price, but it’s worse than the money paid. Great location, but the room is just too bad. The kind of place you know it hasn’t been cleaned properly, floor, sheets, pillows etc. 2nd time ever in 20 years I felt better sleeping with my clothes on when staying at an hotel. There was an ac, not working, which staff promptly said it wasn’t advertised so it didn’t need to work.

La habitación toda sucia , las paredes con humedades el aire acondicionado estropeado, la ducha toda con suciedad y las puertas todas sueltas, las mesitas penosas, las ventanas con cierres penosos

reservei um quarto familiar, e tirando a receção que não correu muito bem (a comunicação é feita exclusivamente por watsapp e não tinha indicação disso) e o código de reserva tambem não foi o mesmo que recebi no email da reserva.
Tirando isso o resto é rasoável
como sugestão e por ser um quarto familiar, deveria ter um estendal para a roupa e toalhas de praia

Las fotos del anuncio no se corresponden en absoluto con la realidad. Había humedad en la escalera, no ofrecen servicio de desayuno buffet y, en su lugar, te dejan una cesta sobre la cama. Nada de esto refleja lo que se muestra en las imágenes.
Espero que leáis este comentario antes de reservar y no os ocurra lo mismo que a nosotros. Lo único positivo fue la ubicación, pero insisto: la habitación que nos asignaron no tenía nada que ver con lo anunciado. Incluso había un mensaje escrito con rotulador en la puerta que decía “gire la llave a la derecha para abrir”… una auténtica vergüenza.

This place IS horrible , dirty, old, smellly, and they dont change or clean the room during your stay.
The breakfast option IS a scam , there IS no reception, no common áreas, nothing.
The place smells like there IS a ********* grow inside too.

The place wasn’t as mentioned on the website, Baby coat wasn’t provided, AirConditioner wasn’t working and room was not big enough for family too congested.
