We had an excellent experience at the facility. The view of and the proximity to the ocean topped our experience. We loved it! We will stay there again! But...it would be nicer if more attention is paid to the cleanliness of the outside environment of the facility. The entrance area was unkempt. Please look into that. Apart from that, we had a great time. And it was close to everything else: restaurant, shopping etc.

I spent 5 nights in this hotel and it was a pleasant memory as It was nearer to the beach and has all the kitchen utensils. The cleaning was done everyday and Sandra at the reception was extremely helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Sempre que vou para espinho venho para o apartamento solverde em espinho, o staff é simpático,mas nos quartos,corredores, o apartamento em si precisa de uma renovação, toalhas, lençóis, colchões, urgente tirar as carpetes dá a sensação que parou no tempo.

Location and staff was nice however the rooms have not been renovated for at least 30 years and on top of that I think the bed had fleas - probably the worst room we’ve stayed in for a long time. I can’t understand how this hotel has gotten 8.0 in reviews

Kleine oude keuken met afzuigkap die niet werkt en niet meer gemaakt wordt, slechte bedden, heel primitief. Kamer voor 6 personen maar een tafel met 4 stoelen. Handdoek boven het badkamerraam om opening naar buiten te dichten. Geen airco, wel een verroeste elektrische radiator. Stoel past niet onder bureau want dat is te smal
