It was very advantageous to be close to the point I wanted as a location. It was not a real event. My first room was great. But next week, my room was inside the other room with a door and noise control. But in general, it is a clean and needed place.

The hotel environment is good, not far from large shopping malls, supermarkets, subways. Convenient travel. Thanks to Mr. VEDAT and Ms. BUSRA at the front desk for their enthusiastic service.

Disappointed with our stay as the swimming pool was out of service, which was the main reason we booked this hotel. We looked forward to enjoying the pool, but it was unavailable when we tried to use it. Other amenities were fine, but the lack of pool access really impacted our experience.

リニューアルして最高に綺麗になったホテルです。リゾートとしてホテル内で過ごせるためのプールやクラブハウス、ラウンジもあります。さらには、ホテルの方にお願いすれば案内してくれる屋上（正確にはケーブの丘のてっぺん）からは手つかずの大自然の谷が見え、サンライズ、サンセットも楽しめます。カッパドキアの中では観光地に振り切っていない分、ローカルに即したお土産の買い物がしやすいユルギュップに少し歩けば行けますし、その途中にはきれいなハマムもあります。どちらかというと、熟年の落ち着いた雰囲気の方々よりも、若い感性へのオシャレ寄りの方に特にお勧めです。
今回の旅はあいにく夏場なのに風が強くて、カッパドキアに3連泊したのですがいずれの日も気球が飛ばず、もう一泊こちらのホテルに延泊しました。延泊の手続きだけではなく、気球の予約、一日余った分のレジャーのアレンジ、飛行機の変更、移動のタクシーの手配など、急遽様々なアレンジが発生したのですが、トルコ語が話せない我々をいつもニコニコして一生懸命サポートしてくれました。本当に感謝です。そして、なんとか4日目にして気球が飛んだと報告すると、一緒に喜んでくれました。
トルコのホテルはいずれもホスピタリティに溢れているのですが、こちらのホテルのスタッフさんもすぐにゲストの顔を覚えてくれて、とても心地よく過ごせました。ありがとうございました。
