Days Inn by Wyndham Austintown

It was comfortable but all the fire alarms r ripped out of ceiling

The front desk lady, Lela was absolutely rude and very non understanding of my situation and was full heartedly wanting me to sleep in my car, along with my dog, and 3 other people. Even with me crying and unable to muster a sentence. She smiled and continued to grin at me asking me " it's not my problem you're homeless, what do you want me to do? "

Smoke detector was missing and the room had an unpleasant odor.

Terrible. Don’t stop here. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name associated with this place. Fitness center a joke, “breakfast” in the mornings are a joke, it’s just a plain bagel with butter and the staple orange + apple juices. Didn’t have a remote to tv in room and took 2 attempts at getting a remote to actually work for our tv. Ice bucket was filthy and don’t get me started on what they called their ‘ice machine’. Bed had 2 thin sheets on them and when asked for a blanket (since the room didn’t contain one) was told that they’d have to get one later, when we got back to our room later, was told they didn’t have any to spare and he didn’t have access To house keeping. Mind you we were like the only people staying at this hotel/motel amongst the 60 empty rooms, so why we couldn’t get a blanket was beyond me. But past 1:30 AM we finally got one. Worst experience ever . Ended up having to go to dollar tree for an ice bucket and Febreze since our room smelled terrible
