Great overnight stay. Standard Hampton breakfast. Comfy beds and clean rooms. They are a tad outdated, but clean is what’s important. Easy off/on to interstate. Very reasonable prices on pantry items in lobby. Close to a Waffle House and gas stations.

For a basic HI this is fine. As an older property it has only shower tubs. Breakfast is as expected for Hampton and areas clean. My dislikes were the full length mirror on the back of the bathroom door. The tv had literally hundreds of infomercial and shopping channels. For the price point a fair value

I really can't think of one thing wrong, both my cousin and his wife, and myself, stayed here for a reunion in Jefferson (15 minutes SE). Funny thing was, neither of us knew we were in the same hotel! As a former trucker (2003-2023), I walked across the street to the Pilot Travel Center to remember my past career. This hotel does not have truck parking, you can park across the street at the Pilot and walk to the hotel. The morning buffet was pretty good, no complaints! Restaurant options are not bad in the area, there is a Waffle House, Taco Bell, McDonalds, and the Pilot has a Subway. On the other side of I-90 is a Flying J, which has a 24-hour Dennys. Some complained about the cost of the hotel, but Hampton Inn's costs are average around the country, you don't book a Hampton and expect it to be as cheap as a Days Inn.

Very friendly staff, easy check in, comfortable bed, clean room, great breakfast options, nice pool area, convenient to go to Geneva on the Lake

While they had problems with the elevator the staff changed our room to a first floor. The breakfast was excellent!!

Emma makes the best breakfast at this place! So friendly, clean and knows how to not overcook food :) Such a pleasure to be able to stay somewhere that has a friendly face early in the morning and who takes special care of the guests. It’s rare that you can’t find anything you need. Thank you!
