We stayed here with the family. Parking is expensive at $35 per day! Crazy for this area of Austin. The AC here is likely curbed by central controls. There was no way it was 68. The room was more like 78. More and more hotels are doing this and it is very frustrating. Other than that it is nice.

The hotel has a nice layout and is in an ideal location. The rooms are spacious. Very clean bathrooms, and nice comfortable beds.

Stayed here to celebrate our 10th Anniversary and we’re so happy we selected Colton House. It’s beautifully decorated and designed, Simona’s is an excellent atmosphere with delicious drinks, the service from each staff member is helpful and warm, and the pool is relaxing and comfortable. Would stay again! Loved.

Needed to be in Austin for business on the south side of town - Colton House was a great surprise. New hotel, nice rooms, friendly associates. They have a great little bar and a nice pool - good way to unwind after a long day. Their location is just minutes away from great restaurants on South Congress, so entertainment is easily found!

Five stars. I booked five nights but due to unexpected changes in our personal circumstances we could not stay. The hotel is beautiful, spotless and tastefully decorated, and we were given a genuinely warm welcome on arrival. The manager, Josh, handled everything with exceptional understanding and kindness. He arranged a full refund without any fuss and it was back in my account within twenty-four hours. His professionalism made a stressful situation so much easier. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Stayed here in early July using Hilton points and thoroughly enjoyed the courteous staff at check-in and in the bar - they were very personable and helpful with cocktail recommendations and dining choices in the area - it was truly a full 5 star ⭐️ treat - we’re suckers for this “small luxury hotels of the world” treatment - it’s a nice way to spoil yourself

My fiance, 2 pugs, and I were unfortunately displaced from our home due to renovations and we booked a standard king room at Colton House. The room was great but felt crammed with all of us in it and our 4 suitcases. We asked to upgrade and Brandon and Christian made everything so easy! They were super accommodating and helped us get into a 3 bedroom suite with a full kitchen and balcony. Obviously we had to pay to upgrade, but they were able to get us on one of their promotions given our length of stay. The suite was great. The beds were super comfy and we even had a W/D in unit. The layout was perfect and very spacious. We loved going down to Simona's for coffees, wine, snacks, etc. Mike and the staff at Simona's were great and super friendly. The pool and fitness center were awesome as well. We will definitely be going back! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Austin or even locals who need somewhere to stay. The giant HEB next door is also a plus.

This was our first time staying at the Colton House and we were beyond pleased ! The staff was very helpful from the gentleman at the front desk to the staff at the coffee shop/ cocktail shop! The layout of the CH and decor are exquisite ! We explored the entire place ! I can’t wait to return and read a book in one if the many fun comfortable chairs !

We did a family staycation at Colton House and it was perfect. The room, amenities, and overall cleanliness was excellent. Staying in this south central Austin location is great, it's near a lot of local restaurants, on the same block as HEB, and walkable to SoCo but not nearly as crazy as being right on South Congress. Will recommend as a place to stay for friends and family who visit us. We appreciated the boutique feel and it was reasonably priced. The room was well-appointed w/ a full fridge for our leftovers and a fully stocked kitchen.
