The hotel is still very clean and tidy, Widi speed is also very good, but there is no kettle and no mineral water. It would be perfect if the service could be better. The facilities are okay.

This place is having some real problems. First of all the keys don’t work!! You can get into your room with them but none of the doors to outside will open with the keys. They say they are having trouble with them. The office is only open from 7 am to 11 pm so if you want to leave the hotel during other hours you better hope you can keep a door propped open , otherwise you can’t get back into your room. Also there are so many roaches in this place. They really need to get it together

Joseph at the front desk was very friendly. Elevators were not working and Joseph informed us that we had to take the stairs to the third floor because they were no available rooms on the first and second floor. Our key cards are not working very well so we had a hard time getting into our room. Once we were able to get into our room we found the shower curtain laying on the bathroom floor. The one bed lamp was not working.

The place was not terrible but not the best. It did not include breakfast, elevator was out of service, the stairs and hallways were very dirty with a strong odor. The room had a very strong odor, microwave was not clean.

Customer service was amazing. The girls at the front desk were super sweet and attentive. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because the shower pressure was horrible. I stayed on the second floor.
