Rooms are extremely clean and comfortable, I travel for work but this hotel makes you feel at home. Hotel is very quiet can’t hear anything through the walls, staff was very friendly and ms Martha at the front desk checked me in fast and had me a key in what felt like 5 minutes. Good hotel great staff.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. Martha at the front desk was especially kind and helpful—she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. The room was spotless, very clean and clearly well-sanitized, which gave me peace of mind. Overall, a great experience with excellent customer service. If your travels bring you to Austin, I highly recommend.

The staff is very friendly and Martha always is nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and this is my second stay here when I come to Austin. We will definitely be returning. This hotel is one that me and my family will be visiting again. Great hotel and I just don’t say that about hotels.

Best part is price is reasonable with kitchenette. Pet friendly and Lodging clerks are very accommodating. We were at the Rubix competition and need a room to stay for thr day. Hotel is clean and accessible to restaurants. I would stay again and happy to recommend to my friends.

I’m only here for one night, but I can already tell this place would be perfect for a longer stay. The room is super clean, comfy, and has everything you’d need if you were sticking around for a while. Big shoutout to Martha at the front desk—she was so friendly and helpful when I checked in. Made everything easy and was just really welcoming, which makes a huge difference when you’re traveling. Definitely recommend if you need something close to the airport with a homey feel!

Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Martha was very attentive upon our arrival, and very courteous. Despite some printer troubles that were out of her control, she was very professional and kept a positive attitude. Great customer service!

The service at the candlewood suites was amazing. With help getting to/from the airport at odd hours, they made our experience easy. Kelly especially helped me on multiple occasions, even helping me return an item left behind. Thanks Kelly!
