非常坑，服務差。
入住的時候特地説了可不可以給一個遠離高速的房間，他説可以，但是實際給的是離高速最近的一個，吵的要死。下樓去換説是全滿。
全滿可以理解，入住的時候為何不能實話實説。
太垃圾了。

Vivianne at the bar/restaurant and Ariel at the front counter were both so welcoming and accommodating, reminding me why I am an IHG member. Great service, friendly interactions, and a very pleasant stay prior to departing Austin for Costa Rica tomorrow morning… Pura Vida! 🤙🏽

We actually just came to the restaurant/bar for some drinks and food as our flight came it a bit later. The brown butter old fashion was delicious and Mackenzie took care of us and we had such a nice time! The pizza puffs were also shockingly delicious!

Very nice hotel! Very clean and comfy beds! Staff was very friendly. Shuttle to the airport was very conveinient! We would definitely stay at this hotel again. There is a restaurant/bar on site. We had breakfast and it was good and definitely get a good amount of food!

I don't remember Holiday Inn being this nice on my family trips growing up! I recently stayed at this hotel, and from the moment I walked through the doors, I was impressed. The lobby had a fresh, inviting scent that immediately made me feel welcome. The attention to detail throughout my stay was impeccable. The room was spotless, with every corner shining, and it was clear the housekeeping staff took extra care to ensure everything was perfect. I appreciated the little touches, like how they neatly arranged everything and kept the room feeling fresh every day. The entire experience was simply wonderful, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I’ll definitely be staying here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Gaby was fantastic, my favorite part was when she put that huge fire out and saved the entire hotel. She was carrying children and puppies on her shoulders through the fire. Incredible. I still can’t believe it. The fire fighters were crying and running and Gaby took the keys a drove the fire truck herself. 10/10

First, this hotel is beautiful. Ariel greeted me at the front desk and was so professional, friendly and funny that she kicked my stay off in a very positive way. Side note; The steak and spinach salad was delicious., I got in late but I am going to enjoy my stay.

This is a beautiful hotel at a great cost. Everything looks new and every worker I encountered was very kind and welcoming. I was grateful to have the restaurant open so I could grab a late dinner after my flight. The hotel and rooms were very clean. Upon checkout Davette and Bav treated me like family, and asked me to come back. I know it’s their job but it’s nice to feel welcomed.

DAWN was on duty 9 /11/24 in the evening we arrived at about 9:00 PM AFTER a 15 hour work day for MVM. There was a problem with the credit card with the company and Dawn with her calm temperament resolved the problem and my tired body and mind could finally go to sleep. Excellent customer service.
