They will hire more staff so now they are more efficient

I was very disappointed with my stay at the hotel had so many things wrong ,first of all when getting to my room the ac was not working at all so they changed me rooms and there the Ac was working but it's not as fresh as other rooms I've stayed on the past in other hotels and had no issue,then the pillows and beds oh man that's like the worst thing out of everything all my family woke up with back pain(beds were hard,it didn't matter was way I would lay my whole body is in pain from the bed )including myself n the pillows were very uncomfortable also ,also wanted to use the gym and the equipment there doesn't even work the Ac was completely off & as for weights they literally only had 3 ,and lastly the breakfast all they served was scrambled eggs n patties sausage when it came to hot food (egg was not fully cooked btw)very disappointed again I definitely won't be staying here nomore n I am going to telly friends n family about this experience

Honestly the worst experience, the room is advertised as sleeps five, however that is not the case. When asked if a roll away bed is an option they mentioned they don’t have one , the hotel suggested we buy an air mattress ourselves. When asked if we can get a full refund for all nights including the horrible night we spent there and was told yes as long as we check out before 11am we did exactly that and then when we reached out for the refund they indicated only refund for the unused nights. Honestly I travel alot and have never had any issues with any other hotel and this is the first time having this issue and such a lack of service. Really disappointed and would not recommend

My experience at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Austin Near the Domain was just acceptable. The location and price were the main reasons I chose this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was decent for the rate. The biggest downside was the internet connection. It was weak, slow, and unreliable. I didn’t have many calls during this stay, so I was able to manage — but if I had needed to take more meetings or work online consistently, it would have been a serious issue. For business travelers, this could easily be a deal-breaker. If that had been my case, I definitely wouldn’t return. The second issue was the fitness center. Both treadmills were out of service, and the elliptical machine wasn’t fully functional either. It felt neglected and made it hard to stay motivated with workouts. Because of these two problems — especially the internet — I’d think twice before booking again. The hotel has potential, but these areas need attention to meet the basic expectations of today’s travelers.

So basically, we stayed in a room that was surrounded by three other rooms. Those three other rooms had a lot of young friends staying there. My son and I got woken up at 4 AM by all the noise that they were making. They were standing by my door, talking loudly, laughing, drunk, and just being obnoxious. I called the front desk. They were so helpful and they called security up. Security to tell them to quiet down. Once security left, they started up again. And it did not get quiet till about 6 AM. That morning I went up to the front desk and I told them about the situation. And the girl was very nice and she did say she remembers all those kids she checked in. I was expecting at least to be switched to another room but she didn’t offer so that’s OK. She was really nice. The second night the same thing happened again. Except there was this guy walking up and down the hallway, cussing up a storm, crying and yelling. I tried calling front desk about three times and no one answered. I called from the room phone. No one answered. I called for my cell phone and no one answered. This was about 4 AM again. And it stopped about 6 AM. But other than that, the staff was great. We always stay there and never have a problem.
