Stay Away – Marriott Needs to Investigate This Property I travel often and have stayed at many hotels, including numerous Marriott properties—but Residents Inn Domain is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever experienced. Don’t be fooled by the outdated photos or overly generous reviews. The moment you pull into the parking lot and spot a mobile police surveillance tower, you know you’ve made a mistake. That uneasy feeling only grows when you walk in and are met with a front desk staff member who seems completely uninterested in helping guests. She spoke in a flat monotone and acted as if I was inconveniencing her just by checking in. Then came the room. I walked into a sweltering sauna with the thermostat inexplicably set to 85 degrees. It took hours just to cool the space to something livable. The bathroom had visible mold, filthy grout, and an overall feel of neglect that is completely unacceptable for a Marriott property. This hotel does not live up to the Marriott name in the slightest. It’s in desperate need of a corporate review, as it clearly fails to meet the brand’s most basic standards. Save yourself the regret and book elsewhere.

I love this property always rent here when I come visit.

Was in town for a tournament this weekend. Was very close to where I needed to be. The hotel was safe, they had security lights in the parking lot as well as locked doors after hours. The front desk was very polite and quick with all of our interactions. Breakfast had a good variety. The room was a little dated, but honestly for the price was a good deal. Traffic at night was hard to get to the hotel but other then that pretty good stay.

Weekend in Austin Great stay. Very friendly and willing to help staff.
