It’s just a motel. There are homeless people at the door at night. The clerks dare not open the door after 8 o’clock. They can only check in through the window. On the first day, I was woken up at night. Many people were drinking and chatting at the door, like a riot. People control. Location was excellent! Close to many destinations from bars, clubs and restaurants, grocery stories (target, Whole Foods)
Down the street from Franklins BEST brisket in Austin 😝
Friendly check in , pool is perfect for summer weather! Gave cleanliness a 4 bc toilet didn’t not work first day and when send plumber to fix he has to go out and buy a part that needed replacement due to not being maintained. Took half a day to get fixed and couldn’t use restroom to 💩
After new part was installed , toiled flushed and at times got stuck so we had to turn of the water from bottom of toilet and turn back in for feces to flush 😩
Other than that, we were closed to many locations assessable on lime light scooter. Friend lobby held our bags last day for us to explore and we’re kind enough to deliver pre stamped postcards ♥️

The location was very convenient, close to the hospital I was visiting. Everything was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows are a 10 out of 10!!!! The AC wasn't the greatest, but worked, and the property could use a little face-lift

The location was the best-it only took us minutes to get to everything we wanted to do. Hotel check in staff was excellent-fun n friendly!! Our room was a great king w super linens n pillows. Nice bigger tv w lots of channels. We loved our stay!!

Little run down, not as expected, clean enough but could have been cleaner - bed not overly comfortable - ok for a night or two.
