I stayed at this hotel for five nights to attend an event at this hotel. Front desk staff were courteous and efficient. Public areas were clean. My room was clean, but had a bad smell. I was too lazy to change rooms, so I didn't mention it until I left. The staff person credited my Marriott account with points for the inconvenience. The room had a nice selection of furniture. The TV system worked fine and was easy to use. The air conditioner unit was not quiet, but the noise level was acceptable. The hotel had a restaurant/bar/lounge that was associated with Starbucks. This restaurant was open for breakfast and then closed until 5 PM. Although the evening menu was small, I enjoyed the food that I ate there (most of my meals). I ate breakfast there every day. The restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. I often use hotel stairwells instead of the elevator; the stairwell that I used was clean, which is often not the case at many hotels. Outside the restaurant, there was a McDonald's and an Olive Garden within easy walking distance; good for me as I had no vehicle. There were several other restaurants a little further away, but still walkable.

Be careful in the pool. It’s INSANELY slippery and they have no warning signs about it. My baby was walking and fell straight on his forehead after slipping. We couldn’t even walk around without worrying about falling, so we left the pool early extremely disappointed. Unfortunately we chose the hotel due to the indoor pool (got told it was heated) but it was extremely cold.
